About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Developer for a contract role based in Perth, Western Australia.

As a Senior EPM Developer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and development services for Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.2 and Oracle Essbase 11.2 systems. This role requires a strong presence in Perth, as you will be collaborating closely with our local team and engaging directly with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Utilize your expertise in Essbase functions, commands, and calculation/business rules language to enhance system capabilities and meet business requirements.
  • Configure and manage Calculation Manager, Shared Services, Planning forms, task lists, security settings, Smart View, and all other Planning components.
  • Engage proactively with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply software development principles, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient system performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, addressing complex technical issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.2 and Oracle Essbase 11.2.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Essbase functions, commands, and calculation/business rules language.
  • Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Shared Services, Planning forms, task lists, security settings, and Smart View.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and manage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
