Senior Family Services Case Manager

We are proudly partnering with a lead family / statutory service across Victoria currently looking for Senior Practitioners in Case Management, and Initial Response teams. These positions are full time permanent based out of Preston and servicing the surrounding community. 

The role will focus on risk assessment, undertaking investigations, and developing child first plans in collaboration  with the child's  parent(s) / guardian(s) to achieve case plan objectives within specified timeframes. You will also work alongside the Team Manager in supporting the development of new graduate Practitioners, and potentially providing supervision and to 2-3 team members.

Successful candidates will have a relevant degree or diploma (eligible or ACWA or AASW membership), a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in family service case management and be wanting to develop your leadership skills further. 

Salary range is $90k - $105k + super based on experience.
