Located in the CBD you will find the beautiful endota Hobart within the luxurious Icon Complex on level one, situated next to an amazing café.

Boasting 6 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, MoreMe skin scanning, Electro-Mesotherapy and Light Therapy (LED).

Your Role 

endota Spa Managers are passionate about leading and inspiring their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

In your role as Spa Manager, you will be responsible for spa budgeting/forecasting, roster optimisation, recruitment needs and inventory management. As the face of the spa, you will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa’s client base. Using your beauty knowledge, you will be able to support and further develop your team of therapists to provide high quality treatments and skincare advice, providing an excellent wellness journey for our clients.

Your skills and experience

As an experienced Spa Manager, you will have the following abilities and experience:

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Spa/Salon Manager
• You ideally hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Salon Management (highly advantageous, but not essential)
• You are available to work Mon - Fri and Tues - Sat on a fortnightly rotating roster 
• You have administration experience with a spa booking system (Shortcuts) 
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
• You are a confident leader with previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists
• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus
• You are confident leading a team through challenges and developing their skills and knowledge
• You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills
