This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Talent Acquisition Partners for marketing will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high volumes of talented individuals across the marketing space and will have an Indepth knowledge of how each area of marketing connects to the other and how they work cross functionally across the business. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for high-volume positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

You will have:

• Proven experience in recruiting marketing roles in the following teams Retention, Growth, Brand, Campaigns, Paid Search and preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Indepth understanding of marketing teams their nuances and where you could head hunt talent from
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
