Technical Sales Representative

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Sales of advertising
•Updating customer inventory on the internet
•Hosted Cloud based services sales including but not limited to CRM, email, custom websites, and mobile sites
•Travel is required for the position to visit customers at their place of business on a regular basis, attend trade shows, bulk distribution locations, meetings, training, etc. Minimum 12-14 weeks per year required, though additional trips may be needed. Weekend work will be required to attend trade shows, events and/or training. Travel will be throughout Australia and various continents worldwide.
•Attending trade shows. Attending and working auctions
•Billing and collection activities
•Maintaining contact with customers on a regular basis (by phone, email, and in person). Assist with customer service calls
•Managing assigned accounts and inputting comments and other necessary information in customer file
•Tracking communications with customers
•Assisting co-workers when they are out of the office
•Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
•Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant programs preferred
•Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers of the Agriculture, Heavy Construction Equipment and Trucking industries
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Flexible and open to change
•Strong computer skills and knowledge
•Stable and progressive work history
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
•Detail oriented and analytical skills
•Ability to travel by air and ground -- valid driver’s license required

•Dependability – the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance

Salary range $65,000 to $70,000 AUD. Commission pay also available.

In office role - no remote work available.
