As a member of our triage team you will be the first point of contact many in our community will have in their journey of seeking assistance during the most difficult times in their lives. You will contribute to making people feel comfortable, heard and accepted during this time and to reducing the experience of mental health stigma in our community. You will support people to feel connected and understood and will instil hope for a better future.

Experience in a similar role or a tertiary qualification in Mental Health is highly desirable.

Due to organisational growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate team member to join our client relationship team as our triage officer. The Client Care (Triage) Officer is responsible for triaging enquiries to ensure they are offered and booked in with the most appropriate health service and provided with suitable information to empower them in taking the first steps in their healthcare journey. Other duties will involve reception and general administrative duties.
This full time or part time permanent position (min 3 days) can start immediately if desired or a mutually agreeable start date can be negotiated for the right applicant. The successful applicant will be required to work a combination of 8am – 4.30pm and 9am – 5.30pm shifts throughout the week, Monday to Friday onsite at our offices in Bella Vista. Availability on Monday and Tuesday is essential for part time applicants.
