eCommerce Executive

My client is a global contemporary accessories brand, and they are looking for an eCommerce Executive to join the team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will play a vital role in their Go-to-Market strategy, with a primary focus on digital marketing and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.

• Analyze website performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in fashion or related industry.

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or an equivalent discipline.

• Essential to have worked with the Shopify platform, Google Analytics, Meta and Klaviyo (desired).

• A level of understanding of digital marketing with SEO & SEM.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and actionable insights.

• Experience in managing projects and ongoing partnerships with external agencies.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Pragmatic nature.

• Self-motivated collaborative team player.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
