We currently have a vacancy for a Learning Trainer to join the Amazon Australia Team.
This position within the BWU6 Fulfilment Center (FC), reporting into the Learning Manager, will manage and work with the Ambassador team to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate work force. The suitable applicant will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the Learning function. You will be a strong communicator, who values teamwork and who can function as a role model and engage in a professional manner with the entire FC workforce.

· Develop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced warehouse team members
· Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters

· Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes

Basic Qualifications

Based in Melbourne, Australia and reporting to the Manager of Customer Success for APJC and EMEA, the Customer Success Engineer (CSE) will help deliver both internal and external education and training programs. The CSE will collaborate externally with local training institutions, third level educational institutions such as universities and community colleges, local and upper secondary education institutions and providers of vocational training with the goal of creating long term local talent pools.
