We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Workforce Planner to lead end-to-end labour supply chain execution across key fulfilment centre sites.
This is a high-profile, newly created role at the heart of Amazon Australia's rapid operational growth. As our network scales at pace, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and directly shape how we build and sustain the workforce behind it.
This role blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on hiring event delivery, agency management and business partnership. You will implement solutions that achieve business objectives, manage high volumes of work with minimal supervision, anticipate problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analysing labor forecasts and conversion metrics as they are running large-scale new hiring events. You will serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership and a key connector between HR, Operations, and external staffing partners.
This role would be based at either the Ravenhall, Dandenong, Mulgrave or Craigieburn Fulfillment Centre with travel required to various locations within your assigned region (up to 25%).
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Operations and Finance leaders to align labour strategy, plans, and mitigate risk
- Monitor labour market health and provide advanced insights into changes that will affect the business
- Manage and build strategies to optimise candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark
- Serve as the lead to pre-plan, execute, and audit New Hiring Events (NHEs) based on labour projections to meet demand and fill on time
- Responsible for onboarding and partnering with recruitment teams in hiring associates based on business forecasts
- Manage labour supplier relationships, associated KPIs, delivery of standard work, and forecasting
- Partner with staffing agencies to leverage sourcing channels and develop talent communities
- Drive engagement initiatives: New Hire Buddy/mentoring programs, Voice of Employee, Round Tables, and Rewards & Recognition
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across WFS processes
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience within a workforce planning role
- Excellent ability to partner with an influence senior level stakeholders
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Exposure to vendor management well regarded
- Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment

Position Overview
The Production Associate facilitates all steps involved in label text approval and printing, and packaging and labelling activities including;
+ obtaining approvals and ensuring that the label text meets TGA and/or applicable country regulatory requirements

+ completing campaigns in accordance with Batch Records, PCI SOPs, Work Instructions etc. and maintains EHS requirements, and

Position Specifics
+ ensuring all required information for label drafting and label printing received from Project Manager are complied with and executed accordingly
+ ensuring label text for each project is compliant and ready to be approved by the client/sponsor.
+ performing day-to-day packaging and labelling activities in the production facility as scheduled by the Production Associate Manager.
+ completing batch records accurately and concurrent with packaging and labelling activities and ensuring all steps listed are completed.
+ preparing for line clearance, and removal of any production waste/rubbish once production is completed. Production Associates may be requested to perform line clearance sign off.
+ assisting in maintaining of the cGMP facility licence and may be required to assist in facility audits (e.g. PCI internal audits and audits conducted by Clients/Sponsors and Regulatory Authorities).
+ Undergoing practical training and be involved in procedural updates and provide input for process designs.
Other Position Activities
+ Completing company training requirements in accordance with curricula and other training as may be required (e.g. completion of training when SOPs, Work Instructions etc. are updated or new SOPs, Work Instructions etc. are issued that are applicable to production)
+ Facilitate all steps leading to label text approval, including preparing the draft label text for review/approval by PCI and Client
+ Liaise with all appropriate PCI employees to facilitate the preparation of draft/final label text, including label design decisions
+ Ensure that the label text meets PIC/s (Annex-13) and TGA regulatory requirements and in collaboration with the client the applicable country regulatory requirement
+ Incorporating variable text information e.g. Batch number, Product Code, Kit Number (as applicable), Retest Date etc as per client requirement
+ Manage kit lists in accordance with applicable procedures or work instructions
+ Liaise with company (or client) approved third party translators as may be required
+ Ensure that the printing of labels is conducted in a GMP compliant manner, using the correct base label and ribbon combination, that printing is in accordance with applicable PCI SOP(s) and that the appropriate PCI Forms/Records are completed and retained in the designated locations
+ Confirm that the combination of base label and ribbon will deliver a printed label that is fit for purpose for the intended substrate (packaging material) and storage conditions, and for conducting the appropriate rub/smudge/scratch adherence test on labels prior to issuance
+ Ensure that the quality of the printed labels obtain Quality approval prior to the labels being issued to production
+ Provide printed labels to be ready for production in a timely manner, supported by the applicable records/forms
+ Ensure that label printing is undertaken in such a way that there is no risk of mix-up, ensuring line clearance is undertaken prior to commencing each printing episode
+ Deface any printed labels that are damaged/not required during the printing process
+ Reconcile unprinted labels (blank labels) and printed labels that are to be used or rejected at the end of the print run.
+ Evaluate options for additional/replacement hardware as applicable
+ Liaise with external printers to coordinate printing of labels (as may be applicable)
+ Ensuring the required Batch Record has been approved and QA issued prior to use
+ Ensuring the required packaging room is ready for use and that appropriate Room logs and registers are completed
+ Following the company gowning and hygiene requirements
+ Verifying the picked released stock and equipment for labelling of clinical supplies and packaging and assembling kits of finished products in accordance with the Batch Records.
+ Ensuring that samples are taken in accordance with the batch record instructions (e.g. retention samples).
+ Reviewing production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed prior to Production Senior Associate review.
+ Ensuring that all deviations are reported to the Production Senior Associate or Production Associate Manager.
+ Making sure that production facilities are clean and when appropriate, disinfected.
+ Cleaning of equipment in accordance with SOPs.
+ Removing waste materials and rubbish from the packaging facilities and placing in the correct bins.
+ Verify calibrations of equipment prior to use and records kept/registers completed.
+ Ensuring that the premises and equipment are maintained and relevant records kept.
+ Reviewing labels and randomisation lists against label approval forms and master randomisation lists prior to commencing batch manufacture.
+ Preparing, reviewing and maintaining SOPs relevant to the Production facility.
+ Participating in PCI internal audits and third-party audits and assist in responding to audit findings and product complaints/recalls as may be required.
+ Follow company EHS requirements
+ Implement continuous improvement actions as may be appropriate (e.g. updating SOP(s), Work Instructions and Form(s) applicable to label generation activities and processes)
+ Completion additional tasks as allocated by the Senior Production Associates or Production Associate Manager
+ Assisting other departments as required.
The role works closely with other Production, Warehouse, Project Management and Quality employees to complete the activities in a cGMP compliant manner

The purpose of the Senior Production Associate - Packaging and Labelling is to provide support to Packaging and Labelling operations at PCI.
This incorporates proactively ensuring readiness to commence Packaging and Labelling activities; production facility/rooms, equipment and resources are available and ready, checking production materials availability and have been staged, and batch records are available for Packaging and Labelling activity to start.
The role works with and alongside Production Associates, Project Managers and Warehouse Associates to ensure appropriate materials, consumables, rooms, equipment and labels are available for production activities and ensures resources are allocated according to the Production Schedule.
The Senior Production Associate - Packaging and Labelling also:
+ participates in document reviews, including Master Batch Records, Logbooks and SOPs and training required upfront, or as a result of CAPA completion;
+ assists in the introduction of new equipment into the facility including ensuring SOPs are prepared, qualification/validation is complete, equipment logbooks are prepared and available, equipment and rooms are appropriately cleaned and maintained;
+ highlights and actions opportunities for efficiency, organisation and good housekeeping within the department;
+ champions safety adherence within the department and assists with closing out safety actions;
+ ensures that PPEs, gowning etc. are available and received in the production facility accordingly; and
+ assists in the maintenance of the cGMP facility licence and may assist in facility audits (e.g. PCI internal audits, and audits conducted by Clients/Sponsors, and Regulatory Authority Inspections).
**_Primary Responsibilities of this Position are:_**
This position's primary responsibility is to support the operational activities of the Packaging and Labelling facility specifically involving:
+ Completing company training requirements in accordance with curricula and other training as may be required (e.g. completion of training when SOPs are updated or new SOPs issued that are applicable to production).
+ Ensure that the Master Batch Record is reviewed, the required batch record has been approved, and Quality issued prior to use and verify that the data, and information are correct, unambiguous, and clear for Production to run the batch.
+ Ensuring that released or stock is in "I" status and correct equipment is picked for production in accordance with the batch record prior to the commencement of production activity.
+ Organise workflow by ensuring required consumables, materials and equipment have been staged in time and staff assigned.
+ Maintains a clean and safe environment.
+ Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
+ Assist with the on the job / competency training of new and existing Production Associates.
+ Reviewing executed production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed prior to forwarding to Quality for review and release.
+ Ensure all relevant transactions have been updated in the ERP system
+ Preparation and review of documentation as required including MBRs, SOPs, qualification/validation protocols, URS etc.
+ Participating in PCI internal audits and third-party audits and assist in responding to audit findings and product complaints/recalls as may be required
+ Assisting Clinical Projects and Customer Experience Team as required in preparing and reviewing MBRs, BRs, etc. prior to approval.
+ Assisting Storage and Distribution, Projects and Quality departments as required.
+ Assist in the capture of data and metrics of production processes and report them as required.
+ Raise EVENTS in MasterControl when issues are identified during Packaging & Labelling activity affecting product quality and patient safety.
+ Assist Production Associate Manager for investigation arising due to EVENT/DEV/NONC/COMP that occurs during production activity.
+ Review/perform checks as required during production activity and provides assistance and support to Production Associates to ensure right first time on batches and product quality.

Working within the Minor Vessel Capability Lifecycle Manager (MV CLCM) program, the Inventory Procurement Officer is accountable to the Inventory Procurement Lead. You will support development and proactive management of the inventory procurement requirements across the vessel's lifecycle - underpinning the availability of the ships to Navy.
Key Responsibilities
+ Independently plan, coordinate and execute procurement activities of moderate complexity in accordance with mandated customer / third‑party policies, processes and delegations.
+ Initiate and support sourcing and procurement due‑diligence activities, integrating mandatory policy requirements including (but not limited to) Indigenous and local industry participation (Australian Industry Capability), Sustainability and Modern Slavery.
+ Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify, define and refine scope, supply requirements and statements of work.
+ Identify candidate suppliers and recommend the appropriate approach‑to‑market, including use of approved agreements and exemptions where applicable.
+ Prepare, issue and manage Requests for Quote and/or Tender in accordance with customer / third‑party requirements.
+ Evaluate supplier responses, undertake cost, schedule and risk analysis, and prepare value‑for‑money recommendations supported by judgement and experience.
+ Prepare purchase orders ensuring accuracy, completeness, appropriate approvals and compliance with financial delegations.
+ Manage procurement activities through to delivery, monitoring supplier performance to ensure scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements are met.
+ Support confirmation of goods receipt and supplier payment activities in accordance with customer / third‑party processes.
+ Make minor improvements or enhancements to procurement processes, tools or systems to improve efficiency, compliance or effectiveness of the work area.
+ Act as a point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders for assigned procurements
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 3-4 years prior relevant experience required.
+ Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of supply chain (procurement, material logistics), contracting, business, commerce, law or finance work area.
+ Requires practical knowledge of projects, programs, or systems relevant to the business with the ability to make enhancements and leverage knowledge in daily work.

About The Role
To assist the Gluing operator to achieve high quality results in the conversion of printed and cut finished cartons. The role will support the day-to-day delivery of production on the line in either feeding, packing or palletizing.

**_What Production Operation contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.
Production Operation operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and automation equipment. May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines. The Operator II, Production Operations is an entry level position at the facility responsible for the manual operational tasks within the production facility. The job is responsible for escalating major production issues and resolving minor issues as applicable. This job performs work under close supervision by the Supervisor, Manufacturing Management.
