The Product Planning Spec - Supply & Demand Analyst role is responsible for managing and optimizing demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and backorder mitigation to support the ACM Operating Unit's (OU) operational and commercial objectives, acting as the conduit between the Planning, Marketing and Sales teams. This role ensures that the forecasting process is aligned and transparent between the teams involved. They will also be responsible for creating demand trends, monitoring supply constraints, and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders as necessary.

The Supply & Demand Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by providing data-driven insights and enabling visibility of supply-demand alignment. This role will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Local Planning and logistics, and Global ACM Operation teams to ensure accurate forecasting, effective inventory planning, and timely fulfillment of commercial needs.
One of the key responsibilities of this role is to support the business in anticipating supply gaps that will trigger mitigation plans, and ensuring end-to-end alignment between the parties involved. They will also act as a central point of contact for demand and supply-related escalations and support the Marketing team by enabling informed decision-making through timely and accurate analytics.
A strong indicator of success for this role is the ability to ensure consistent execution of operational practices that deliver measurable value to the Sales and Marketing teams.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
+ ·Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, Reporting, and working within SAP environments.
+ Proven expertise in Supply and Back Order Management, Demand Forecasting, and Data Analytics, acquired through hands-on experience and/or advanced education.
+ Strong knowledge of SAP, with exposure to multiple modules and integration points across supply chain functions.
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolutions.
+ Proficient in data reporting and visualisation; capable of independently conducting process mapping, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and documenting workflows. Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
+ Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to mid sized audiences and skilled at conveying complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.

Our Adelaide Buildings & Places team are looking for a Principal (or Associate Director) level Structural Engineer to join their team.
Ideally, this role is based in Adelaide however we are open to candidates being based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
**How you'll make a difference:**
+ Act as a Senior technical specialist in advanced structural analysis, supporting the delivery of complex, high-risk projects across multiple sectors including defence and energy.
+ Lead the application of advanced analytical techniques, including linear and non-linear analysis, performance-based seismic design, and soil-structure interaction, to inform critical design decisions.
+ Provide independent technical assurance and review for complex and non-standard design approaches, acting as a senior checker for high-risk elements of projects.
+ Use your expertise to interpret and apply Australian Standards, alongside international codes (e.g. ASCE, ACI, AISC), undertaking gap analysis and developing robust, project-specific compliance strategies.
+ Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, practical design recommendations, supporting multidisciplinary teams and influencing project outcomes.
+ Contribute to the development of best practice in advanced analysis, mentoring engineers and supporting capability uplift across the structural team.
**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), with postgraduate qualifications in structural dynamics, earthquake engineering, or related field desirable.

+ Demonstrated experience in: Non-linear structural analysis, performance-based seismic design and / or soil-structure interaction
+ Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards, with experience applying and interpreting international design codes.
+ Proficiency in industry-standard analysis tools (e.g. ETABS, SAP2000, Perform-3D, STAAD.Pro, PLAXIS, SpaceGASS or similar), and experience using MathCAD for transparent, auditable calculations.
+ Experience or interest in scripting and computational design, including automation of analysis workflows using tools such as the ETABS/SAP2000 Python API, is desirable.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.

Our Adelaide Buildings & Places team are looking for a Principal (or Associate Director) level Structural Engineer to join their team.
Ideally, this role is based in Adelaide however we are open to candidates being based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
**How you'll make a difference:**
+ Act as a Senior technical specialist in advanced structural analysis, supporting the delivery of complex, high-risk projects across multiple sectors including defence and energy.
+ Lead the application of advanced analytical techniques, including linear and non-linear analysis, performance-based seismic design, and soil-structure interaction, to inform critical design decisions.
+ Provide independent technical assurance and review for complex and non-standard design approaches, acting as a senior checker for high-risk elements of projects.
+ Use your expertise to interpret and apply Australian Standards, alongside international codes (e.g. ASCE, ACI, AISC), undertaking gap analysis and developing robust, project-specific compliance strategies.
+ Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, practical design recommendations, supporting multidisciplinary teams and influencing project outcomes.
+ Contribute to the development of best practice in advanced analysis, mentoring engineers and supporting capability uplift across the structural team.
**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), with postgraduate qualifications in structural dynamics, earthquake engineering, or related field desirable.
+ Ideally, 10+ years' experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on advanced analysis and complex structural behaviour.
+ Demonstrated experience in: Non-linear structural analysis, performance-based seismic design and / or soil-structure interaction
+ Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards, with experience applying and interpreting international design codes.
+ Proficiency in industry-standard analysis tools (e.g. ETABS, SAP2000, Perform-3D, STAAD.Pro, PLAXIS, SpaceGASS or similar), and experience using MathCAD for transparent, auditable calculations.
+ Experience or interest in scripting and computational design, including automation of analysis workflows using tools such as the ETABS/SAP2000 Python API, is desirable.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
+ A collaborative approach, with a passion for solving challenging engineering problems and supporting the development of others.
Given the nature of our projects, Australian Citizenship is essential with current / prior defence clearance (or the ability to obtain) being crucial.

The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specialisations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Performance Analytics consultants translate data into insights by leveraging Mastercard and customer data to design, implement, and scale analytical solutions for customers. They use qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques and enterprise applications to synthesise analyses into clear recommendations and impactful narratives.

Client Impact
- Manage deliverable development and workstreams in a payments or financial services context (requires experience with credit/debit cards, BINs, migration programs, regulatory context)
- Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, local client by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
- May be required to create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profits
- Review analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness.
- Proactively seek new knowledge and structure project work to facilitate the capture of Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organise, and structure own work to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems and synthesise analysis into relevant findings
- Lead team and external meetings

Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyse large datasets and synthesise key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigour, with ability to hit the ground running
- Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex and demanding solutions across multiple industry verticals
- Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g. Teradata (preferred), GDW/EDW, SQL, Python, R) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications
- Additional data and analytics experience working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark or working with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Relevant industry expertise
- MBA or master's degree with relevant specialisation (not required)
