ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Security Operations Solution Consultant. The Security Operations Solution consultant will provide solution leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement. The Security Operations Solution Consultant will participate in the acquisition and retention of customers by leveraging the Security Operations solution - Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Response, and the rest of the ServiceNow portfolio. Following ServiceNow's strategic acquisitions of Armis and Veza, this role spans an expanded security platform that includes asset intelligence and visibility (Armis) and identity security and access governance (Veza). This position is a hands-on technical role. We are looking for someone who can go broad and deep on solution architecture and positioning.
**What you get to do in this role:**
+ Responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations solution - Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Response
+ Respond to customer questions relating to ServiceNow Security Operations
+ This role is pivotal in providing our growing customer base with lessons learned, strategies, and advice to enhance real-world security operations.
+ Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Security Operations
+ Contribute and maintain a showcase of Security Operations solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
+ Help develop solutions and capabilities that enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Security Operations on the ServiceNow platform
+ Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues.
+ Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance. ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs.
+ Work in a global team and share best practices with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
+ Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
+ Support marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars
+ Demonstrate how Armis asset intelligence feeds real-time OT/IoT/IT device visibility into ServiceNow SecOps workflows - including automated incident creation, vulnerability enrichment, and CMDB population
+ Position Veza's access graph and identity governance capabilities alongside ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps - helping customers detect, govern, and remediate toxic access combinations and non-human identity risks
+ Develop and deliver integrated demo flows combining Armis (asset context), Veza (identity context), and ServiceNow SecOps (response orchestration) into a unified security operations narrative for enterprise customers across APJ
**To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:**
+ 5+ years of pre-sales experience
+ Work experience or strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC) or Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC)
+ Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, IDS /IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, breach detection and threat intelligence
+ Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies: DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, buffer overflow
+ Experience in security frameworks such as NIST 800-61, ISO27035, SANS, etc.
+ Experience with threat intelligence frameworks, such as STIX/TAXII and OpenIOC
+ Strong preference given to candidates who have worked in Information Security at a global or national commercial enterprise
+ Ability to consult and effectively communicate solutions to business challenges
+ Strong preference given to candidates with professional security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or similar
+ Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent.
**Nice to Have (reflecting our expanded security platform):**
+ Exposure to Armis or similar OT/IoT/IT asset visibility platforms - including device discovery, risk scoring, and integration with SIEM/SOAR or ITSM tooling
+ Exposure to Veza or identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms - including access graph analysis, privilege management, and integration with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or AWS IAM
+ Understanding of the intersection between identity risk and security operations - how unmanaged access and unknown assets create exploitable attack paths
+ Experience selling or demonstrating security solutions in regulated APJ sectors (financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure) where OT/IoT security and identity governance are board-level concerns
+ Additional certifications such as GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Management) are advantageous
