**About the Role:**
As part of our global team, you'll have the opportunity to provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team. As a Clinical Operations Delivery Associate II, you'll support audit readiness by ensuring files are reviewed according to the schedule detailed in the organization's SOP and department guidance document. You will provide administrative support for site activation activities and aid in the development of the critical path for site activation within assigned projects to support rapid site activations. Representing the organization in the global medical research community, you may develop collaborative relationships with investigators and site personnel to conduct feasibility assessments in accordance with feasibility processes and within deliverable timelines.
**What You'll Do:**
+ According to the specific role (Central or Local), coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trial(s) activities as detailed on the task matrix.
+ Performs department, Internal, Country and Investigator file reviews as assigned and documents findings in appropriate system(s).
+ Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. Proactively communicates any risks to project leads and line manager as appropriate.
+ Performs administrative tasks on assigned trials including but not limited totimely processing of documents sent to Client (e)TMF as assigned, performing (e)TMF reviews, distributing mass mailings and communications as needed, providing documents and reports to internal team members.

+ Assists with coordination, compilation and distribution of Investigator Site File(ISF) and Pharmacy binder materials and non-clinical study supplies to sites.
+ Assists with study-specific translation materials and translation QC upon request.
+ Assists with technical and administrative support for projects in collaboration with internal departments and team members.
+ Maintains knowledge of and understands SOPs, client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided.
+ Ensures that trial status information relating to activities is accurately maintained in the database and current at all times.
+ Where applicable, develops and maintains relationship with client local affiliates.
+ Champions the inclusion of Strategic Collaboration sites into the process.
+ Where applicable, conducts on-site feasibility visits (Asia Pac only).
+ Trains new personnel in processes and systems.
+ May support the maintenance of study specific documentation and global support with specific systems, tools and trackers, including, but not limited to, study team lists, tracking of project specific training requirements, system access management for organization/vendor/clients and tracking of project level activity plans in appropriate system. Ensures (e)TMF is up to date by following file review schedules and documenting findings in appropriate system(s).with completion of related meeting minutes.
+ Provides support as needed to coordinate with internal departments and ensure site start-up activities within the site activation critical path are aligned.
+ Assists the project team with the preparation of regulatory compliance review packages.
+ May support start-up team in Regulatory submissions.
+ Occasionally works directly with site(s) to obtain documents related to site selection.
+ May develop site list, including research from internal and external sources to ensure the site list is reflective of the defined site profile. Ensure current investigator and site staff contact details are appropriately maintained in company systems.
+ May complete the 'Site Interest Plan' in CTMS and collection and delivery of associated documents from investigators and site personnel. Document in real time all communication, attempts and follow up associated with site contact and survey responses.
+ Supports the review of survey data to ensure responses are logical, complete and reflective of the question asked.
+ Works in collaboration with teammates to achieve targeted deadlines for assigned projects. Communicate with the team and appropriate clinical personnel regarding site issues and risks.
+ Ensures an efficient, effective plan is in place for site contact and follow up and ensure compliance with the plan and escalates concerns/non-compliance to management.
+ May act as the local expert regarding site capacity and experience. Work with key local personnel to gather knowledge base and recommend additional sites. Harnesses this knowledge base when performing local tiering of sites.
+ Liaises with Global Investigator Services to resolve investigator queries in real time and maintain 'accounts and contact' information.
+ Contributes to the development and roll-out of global strategic feasibility processes and best practices.
+ Supports the project team in managing study finances and drives timely and accurate invoicing on site payments, vendor payments, etc.

This system modernisation program is looking for a talented Test Manager with expertise in driving testing outcomes and managing vendors. As the Test Manager you will be managing a small testing practice and the deployment of testing resources and testing approaches. You will be collaborating with technical resources as well as the business stakeholders. You will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute fit for purpose test plans and test cases, in accordance with the project's testing strategy.
• Document traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Document test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.
• Automate testing activities where possible, including through the development of bespoke test harnesses.
• Specify requirements for environment, data, resources and tools to facilitate efficient and effective testing.
• Interpret, execute and document complex test scripts.
• Record and analyse actions and results, maintain a defect register, to progress defect resolutions and regression testing.

**Your day at NTT DATA:**
As Test Automation Engineer (Playwright) you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software by designing and implementing modern test automation solutions. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure strong test coverage and quality across applications.
You will contribute to building scalable frameworks, embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improving testing practices to drive release confidence and engineering excellence.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks and reusable utilities
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests across web applications

**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
- Strong hands-on experience with the Playwright automation framework
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, with the ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Solid experience in web automation testing (UI and functional testing)
- Good understanding of testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong experience with version control practices and collaboration with development teams (branching, pull requests, repository management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
**Academic qualifications and certifications:**
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
**Required experience:**
- Proven experience in test automation using Playwright
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with defect management and test reporting tools such as Jira/Xray
- Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of API testing, including Playwright API testing (preferred)
- Exposure to performance testing or cross-browser testing (desirable)
- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as axe-core in Playwright (desirable)
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot Studio) (advantageous)

**About the role**
As a Senior Test Analyst (Automation), you will make an impact by owning the end-to-end test strategy and automation approach for Identity UI, API, and WDM platforms - driving robust quality assurance, automation coverage, and production readiness. You will be a valued member of the Identity Testing Chapter, working collaboratively with Delivery Managers, Iteration Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and data specialists.
In this role, you will:
+ Own and drive end-to-end test strategy execution - leading both planning and hands-on test execution on large Identity platform initiatives, ensuring outcomes meet project technology and functional requirements.
+ Design, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and tooling (ForgeRock, Playwright/TypeScript), bringing industry best practices into the domain and leading teams to adopt them.
+ Lead problem determination and root cause analysis for production defects and test escapes, driving permanent fixes and continuous improvement in test design, data readiness, and automation logic.
+ Partner closely with Delivery Managers, Iteration Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and data specialists to align testing approaches and strategies using lean and agile methods.
+ Create, maintain, and govern reusable testing assets (strategies, test cases, plans, scripts, documentation) and foster a safe, innovative, results-driven testing culture.
**What you need to have to be considered**
+ Strong experience in test automation and framework design, including defining test strategies and approaches for projects of varying complexity.
+ Highly skilled in ForgeRock for Identity platform testing, with experience defining and governing test automation using Playwright and TypeScript.
+ Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for test automation suites, and skilled in system configuration, integration, and end-to-end testing.
+ Experience working in agile delivery environments and distributed teams.
+ ISTQB Test Manager certification; tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline desired, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry (Auto and Home lines of business), including validating downstream flows such as payments, document generation, and reporting.
