This role could suit a diesel mechanic wanting to come off the tools and expand their career or someone who has worked with automotive and/or mining clients in a site planning role. **This role currently operates to cover the workshop opening hours of 6am -6pm , there are two shifts for the service advisors 7.30am-3.30pm and 9.30am -5.30pm Monday to Friday.**

+ Provide expanded support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers seeking information through various mediums, under minimum supervision
+ Document customer inquiry information within appropriate Cummins systems
+ Provide prompt assistance to customers through various media. Multi-Skill/Multi-channel support (Chat/Email/Phone)
+ Resolve non-routine customer issues through an understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices
+ Escalate complex issues providing documentation through process
+ Understands new and existing Cummins processes, systems, practices, and delivers training to new hires
+ Support improvement projects intended to improve customer experiences and organizational goals
+ Generates and maintains knowledge content, delivers training and is considered a Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Industry experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Who will you be working with?**
Reporting to the Customer Service Leader, the purpose of the Technical Advisor role is to provide technical support for Wabtec Locomotives to our customers maintenance and engineering staff.
**Where is the position located?**
Perth, Western Australia: Monday to Friday role.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ While this role is based in Perth, occasional travel may be required (approx. 3-4 times per year)
+ Coordinate implementation of field modifications and monitor effectiveness.
+ Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction.
+ Provide coaching and assistance to client for troubleshooting, failure support, field modification oversight, issue feedback and engineering support.
+ Achieve Wabtec internal training certification training within 18 months.

+ Experience working within the Rail Industry and maintaining and troubleshooting. eg. Electrical / pneumatic or mechanical / electrical; Wabtec locomotives is preferred.

In this 6-month contract role, you'll contribute to major campaigns within KBR's Australian Defence and Security Solutions division, helping shape communications that support critical national capabilities.
This is a 6-month full-time opportunity and can be based in either Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
The successful candidate must be eligible to hold a AGSVA security clearance.
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
+ Create high quality written and digital content for internal and external channels including social media, media releases, opinion pieces, case studies, speeches, website, video, and internal emails and articles
+ Support and build KBR's brand and market positioning through various communications tactics, and ensure content aligns with existing communications and campaign strategies
+ Collaborate with internal KBR operating units to understand, produce and distribute communications materials
+ Translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience appropriate content
+ Contribute to the maintenance of an updated repository of written and visual assets including company information, messaging documents, standard bid material, case studies and other marketing materials
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
+ Appropriate tertiary or business qualifications in communications or equivalent
+ Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to write effectively for different audiences
+ Demonstrated computer literacy, with strong capability in MS Office 365 and related social media channels
+ Proven experience content writing experience for all media platforms
+ Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with other functions in our business and the communications team
+ Highly resilient and brings a positive approach to issues resolution
+ Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and manage deadlines
+ Eligible to hold and maintain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance
