§ Issues escalations, when needed, to appropriate person or department

**Who You Are** **- Qualifications**
**Education** : High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; or relevant degree

- Provide first and second level end-user support on a wide range of systems, including business applications, internet/intranet and web-based applications.
