Job Description
As a Partner Development Associate, you'll play a key supporting role in driving collaboration between our sales teams and ecosystem of partners. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to strategic sales planning, partner engagement, and go-to-market execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You'll work closely with experienced professionals across Sales, Marketing, Partner Programs, and Partner Enablement to help grow the business through strong partner relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
Sales & Partner Support
+ Join and observe selected partner meetings to build your understanding of partner strategies and relationship dynamics.
+ Help support sales opportunities by identifying and connecting with the right partners for specific customer needs.
+ Work with the sales team to align on territory goals and partner engagement strategies.
+ Assist in partner-related tasks during deal cycles, especially when a dedicated partner manager isn't involved.
Pipeline & Deal Coordination
+ Track and update sales pipeline reports, with a focus on partner-influenced deals.
+ Help manage the Deal Registration process, ensuring partner requests are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
+ Participate in joint partner and sales planning activities to help uncover new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work with the Marketing team to support the launch of partner-led campaigns.
+ Coordinate with internal Partner Enablement and Program teams to support partner readiness and program compliance.
+ Support the New Zealand Territory Partner Specialist (TPS) on specific partner engagement activities and follow-ups.
Learning & Development
+ Collaborate with experienced partner managers and sales leaders to develop your understanding of the partner ecosystem.
+ Gain hands-on experience with partner tools, systems, and processes.
+ Participate in regular planning reviews and team syncs to learn how strategy is built and executed.
What We're Looking For
+ A recent graduate or early career professional with an interest in sales, partnerships, or business development.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and basic Excel/PowerPoint skills is a plus, but not required.
· Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a similar field and on track to graduate between Oct 2026-Jan 2027
· Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.
· Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
· An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
· Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.
· Highly organized and efficient.
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
· A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.
· Previous internship experience is a plus.
·Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to self-direct work and manage independent deadlines
- Demonstrated interest in the field of marketing, communications, and/or PR
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook/ Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/Pinterest)
- Competence with Google Workspace Tools and Salesforce
