Communicate insights clearly by translating complex findings into actionable recommendations and compelling data stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
To be successful in this role:
We are looking for someone with relentless curiosity, who is not afraid of the unknown and ready to dive into challenges. This is a hands-on role to support delivery of data. You’ll be comfortable working on data reporting and presenting insights to assist decision making.
Media or advertising experience isn’t mandatory but is a plus if you’re familiar with industry metrics.
Some hands-on experience working with data, either through internships, projects, or previous roles, ideally involving data processing, cleaning, and basic analysis.
You hold a degree in science, engineering, IT, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
You’re comfortable working with data analysis and visualization tools — or eager and quick to learn new ones.
When your brain clicks on for work, you’re thinking about what you can do, not what you can’t.
You are curious about how things work in the backend and complex problems are your favourite.
You are a self-starter, goal oriented and able to work well and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and use it to continuously improve your work.
You enjoy working collaboratively, asking questions, understanding existing flows and suggesting ideas.
You don’t take life too seriously and can have a laugh, even at yourself.
Open and self-aware, you believe in building to grow and like the opportunity to spread your wings.
Hopefully what we’re throwing out sounds a little bit different, but we’re moving quickly so don’t miss an opportunity to secure a chat with us – from there it could all be history.
To support & reward your success in this role we will offer the successful candidate:
This is a hands-on role that will lead to personal and professional career development
