This is a full-time permanent position. Some regular in-office time is preferable, but there is also the opportunity to work from home. With experience as a practicing lawyer in Australia, you will have a strong understanding of the practical processes in a lawyer's workflow as relates to Criminal law practice.
Requirements

+ Experience in an Australian legal practice
+ An Australian legal practice background with experience or strong interest in data privacy and/or cybersecurity
+ Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills
+ Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with a range of diverse clients and local and international stakeholders

Reporting to the RX Chief Privacy Officer, the APAC Data Protection Manager (DPM) ensures RX's compliance with data protection laws across China, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The role provides expert, solution-oriented advice on privacy compliance, supporting the Global Privacy Office and aligning with local legislation (e.g., PIPL, Privacy Act, PDPL, PDPD). The DPM leads privacy assessments, manages compliance tracking, and communicates risks and maturity to senior stakeholders. They are responsible for embedding global privacy standards locally, maintaining data inventories, supporting audits, and delivering tailored privacy training.
Working within a global team, the DPM collaborates closely with privacy champions and stakeholders across business units, including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and C-suite executives. The role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to drive compliance initiatives, and excellent communication skills. The DPM plays a key role in fostering a privacy-first culture, building cross-functional relationships, and ensuring alignment between business operations and global privacy strategies.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and complete Privacy Impact Assessments for business process changes, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk mitigation.
+ Monitor, report, and support remediation of privacy risks and compliance issues across business units.
+ Provide expert privacy advice and guidance to APAC business units, backed by research and aligned with legal and policy requirements.
+ Design and deliver privacy training and communications tailored to business needs, especially in marketing and sales.
+ Develop and lead the regional Hub Privacy Programme, aligning with global strategy and ensuring local compliance.
+ Identify and address gaps in privacy programmes, especially during audits, acquisitions, or divestments.
+ Act as liaison between business units and the Global Privacy Office, fielding queries and escalating issues where needed.
+ Maintain a network of Privacy Champions to foster a culture of privacy awareness and accountability.

Requirements
+ Excellent business level proficiency in Mandarin and English.
+ Certified in privacy (e.g., CIPP/A, CIPM); a degree in law or data governance is preferred.

Cyber Incident Response and Management is part of the Cyber Response & Recovery division who provides a globally coordinated and managed response capability for information security events and incidents that may impact the confidentiality, integrity, and/or availability of the Bank's information and information systems or has privacy implications.
The role of the Senior Incident Manager is to coordinate the response and recovery activities from information security incidents. The Cyber Security Operations (CSO) function within Global Information Security enables the various businesses of Bank of America to conduct operations in a secure, trusted, and safe manner by defending the organization and our customers from cyberattacks. Insider Threat Investigator is responsible for conducting data analysis of insider threat auditing and monitoring software resources to detect and identify insider risk activities. The role will also require regular collaboration with experts in and out of the team, both in country and in other regions, where excellent communication skills will also be necessary.

As an Azure Senior Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and evolution. You will be responsible for modernizing our existing and future cloud operations workflows to simplify, optimize and ensure consistency in quality and urgency of investigations within our organization and a well-defined decision matrix for escalations to our partner organizations.
