Amazon Australia is seeking a motivated Program Manager with a strong track record of developing strategies and executing programs.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in program management, operations, and cross-functional leadership for large-scale strategic initiatives. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to think strategically (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a progressive and data-driven environment. You should possess strong analytical and business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
In this role you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end program management of new initiatives across a range of operational verticals. With a strong focus on last mile, you will work with a large and diverse group of stakeholders to implement initiatives that influence our key pillars - quality, cost, capacity, speed and sustainability. At the same time, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for building and executing a parking strategy to support the expansion of a critical program for our business. Success in this role requires proficiency in managing complex logistics challenges, analyzing data, managing a diverse set of stakeholders, driving process improvements and creating scalable solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions
- Influence design and development of strategic processes
- Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for Amazon customers
- Conduct hypothesis driven problem solving to identify improvement areas and oversee all supporting analytics, including the data mining, complex modeling, insight generation and recommendations
- Lead large and diverse groups of stakeholders to implement new initiatives
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 4+ years' professional experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations and/or E-Commerce

The AU Delivery Services Learning team is looking for a Learning and Talent Development Manager. This position will be responsible for the strategic execution of learning and development initiatives that support core business objectives for our Delivery Services Operations teams. This position is regional and field-based, and based out of an in-market delivery station. This position includes a monthly in-station and/or travel requirement of at least 20% between Delivery Services sites
Key job responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of minimum 6 across the region.
- Strategically assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees.
- Develop our training strategy for Critical Roles such as Yard Marshals, TDR or Learning Ambassadors.
- Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Work strategically with WW teams to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs.

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

As a Network Implementation Engineer, you will be the initial point of our efforts to execute deployment, maintenance, and operations of private data networks worldwide. You will work with Technical Program Managers, Network Engineers, Design and Infrastructure Engineers, Field Engineers within Google, as well as construction and telecommunications vendors and contractors, all to position your team and organization for success.
You will facilitate faster, better, and more efficient, positive outcomes for the business and our customers. Your objective will be to build the world's most reliable, cost-effective and scalable network to support all of our current and future customers and users globally.

The Network Team is responsible for operating that network reliably and at scale. Our team owns the full life cycle of all space, power, and network assets in all of Google's data centers and metro points of presence globally. We're involved in every facet of network delivery from architecture and design to installation, configuration, activation, and commissioning.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Own network deployment standards and best practices. Maintain sequencing of all tasks in turn up workflows and maintain rack installation standards including passive devices.
+ Represent the team in NPIs for active and passive devices and partner with teams to ensure NPI.
+ Work closely with Networking teams across the globe to improve deployment standards and increase reliability.
+ Collaborate with partner teams as needed on key initiatives.
+ Engage with Continuous Improvement and Automation teams and collaborate in efforts to reduce cost, decrease waste, and drive standardization across organization.

Key job responsibilities

You will design and deliver solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale and performance, and in turn, enable breakthrough innovations. Basic Qualifications
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (java, python, etc.)
- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
