As the Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting enterprise transformation efforts across KBR's operations. This role is responsible for driving process improvement, implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with KBR's growth trajectory.
Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, functional leads, and executive stakeholders, you will centralise and optimise core business functions to enable a more agile and scalable operating model.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
+ Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
+ Engage and collaborate with key SME's and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
+ Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
+ Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
+ Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
+ Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organisation.
Essential:
+ Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
+ 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
+ Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
+ Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SME's and senior leaders.
+ Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
Desirable:
+ Experience in the Australian Defence environment.
+ Understanding of enterprise architecture, ITIL, or systems integration principles.
+ Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) are highly regarded.
