Overview:
The Commercial Solutions & New Payment Flows division is hiring for a key role for B2B acceptance to support the rapid growth and expansion of existing and new commercial payment flows. B2B Acceptance is a critical enabler of commercial payments and as part of Mastercard's growth strategy in ANZ, this role will play a critical part in developing the strategy in the market as well as keeping a maniacal focus in execution and supplier acquisition for commercial payments. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the relevant market teams to drive greater acceptance for commercial payments in ANZ.
Role:
- B2B Acceptance Strategy:
o Developing and executing strategies to foster an optimal acceptance environment and direction through data analytics and deep understanding of the requirements of the market.
o Provide thought leadership in the understanding of commercial card acceptance processes and challenges.
o Collaborating with internal and external partners to understand business needs and adapting the strategy to local market conditions.
- Sales and Business Development:
o Hunting, developing, expanding and deepening relationships of a portfolio of top B2B suppliers to position Mastercard as the preferred method for commercial payments.
o Selling acceptance products, developing and managing critical market acceptance partnerships, solutions and enablers to drive commercial payment volume.
All About You:
- Strong knowledge of both acceptance and commercial card payments.
- Strong knowledge of the local payment ecosystem and key players.
- Extensive experience in a commercial payments environment including direct interaction with corporates buyers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated expertise and success in achieving sales goals consistently.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

- May require some travel within ANZ.

Reporting to the Vice President (VP), Director of Strategic Business Development (Major Programs) TGBL, the successful candidate will direct and support enterprise pursuits and strategic capture management efforts for the TGBL in partnership with our Global and Regional Business Lines. This candidate will develop and maintain business relationships while identifying client needs to advance AECOM's growth and profitability in the market.

+ QA/QC, champion and drive the complete life cycle of the sales process.
+ Support building and maintaining a deep and diversified qualified opportunity pipeline.
+ Direct discovery, pre-positioning, differentiation, and delivery strategies for major transformative programs with current/prospective clients and internal partners.
+ Bring discipline and rigor to the Go/No Go process and capture management planning phase.
+ Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that position AECOM around key opportunities.
+ Lead pursuit team strategy meetings and coach presentation/interview teams in coordination with Marketing.

Job responsibilities

BDRs at HiBob play an important part in the growth of our organization as we expand and scale. Through collaboration with our Marketing team to execute campaigns, our team builds the top end of our revenue funnel by prospecting and communicating with potential customers every day. You’ll see those prospects move through the customer journey and celebrate each success along the way with our global team.

  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities.

  • Perform timely outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email etc.) to prospect new opportunities.

  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines.
