We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our close-knit Finance team. Your new role is pivotal in driving Hologic's growth strategy in the ANZ region. Working closely with the Director of Finance, business leaders (including the VP and GM ANZ), and other key stakeholders, you are responsible for advanced financial planning, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis. You will ensure the effective utilization of financial resources to maximize profitability and enable sustainable business growth. This role goes beyond reporting - it's about influencing outcomes and helping shape strategic direction. In addition to managing the FP&A function, you will lead and provide mentorship of the FP&A team and cultivate innovative digital reporting tools to enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Financial Planning and Analysis Leadership: Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
+ Advanced Reporting and Digital Transformation: Oversee the design and implementation of automated digital reporting solutions (BI) to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable dashboards.
+ Business Partnering: Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insights and financial guidance.
+ Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
+ Business Analysis & Stakeholder engagement: Develop deep insights into key products, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities, using these insights to advise on financial strategies.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce and either CA/CPA qualifications and at least 10 years' experience in FP&A within complex, commercial organizations. You are a natural leader with the ability to implement positive change, gain support and establish rapport. Impeccable communication and presentation skills are a must as you will need to communicate with clarity, impact and influence with a variety of SMEs and reporting levels. You bring strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights.

The Fund Accounting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department. The Tax and Financial Reporting (TXFR) team is part of the Fund Administration Operations team which is part of Issuer & Investor Services. The team is responsible for the production of financial statements, tax and regulatory reporting and all associated workings and management.
**Responsibilities:**

**A Day in the Life**
Part of the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Region, the Medical Surgical (MS) portfolio is the biggest portfolio in size, helping >2M patients every year across +1,550 private and public hospitals. As the Senior Finance Analyst for MS, not only will this role oversee the data & analytical finance activities and provide financial support and business analysis to finance business partners to drive financial results and operating performance improvement, the successful candidate will also be taking ownership of a full P&L (Profit & Loss) in one of MS Operating Units (OU), paving the road to a future finance business partner if desired.
This role sits under the MS Business Finance team, reporting to the MS Finance Manager. It includes responsibilities for ensuring/maintaining a strong data control environment, creating/analysing financial performance, leading reporting & analysis transformation, and partnering across the greater organization (OU and function finance).
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Support financial reporting/close processes, planning, and analysis activities for MS OUs.
+ Deliver accurate and clear financial results and financial comparisons at period end.
+ Understand OU performance, prepare and present monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasting, focusing on key drivers, performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to Finance Leadership and business partners.
+ Partner with OU commercial leaders to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Rolling Forecast (RF), and Strategic Plan for the OU
+ Partner with MS OU Finance Business Partners (FBP) during the financial forecasting and planning processes (RF, LBEs, AOP, Strategic Plan, etc.), including system loading, all revenue, margin, expenses.
+ Build, develop and implement data, models and dashboards, that integrate data from multiple sources, to extract insights and information.
+ Analyse data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, identifying opportunities to improve performance or root causes for poor performance.
+ Create visualisations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data findings.
+ Monitor data integrity and ensure FBPs have accurate and reliable data to inform decisions.
+ Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics tools and techniques so that best practice can be integrated into data and analytics processes.
+ Complete other ad-hoc and/or standard reporting processes as necessary.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting
+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experiences in Finance or Accounting
+ Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
+ Experience and/or able to operate within a complex organization and with various stakeholders.
+ Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry experience is an advantage
+ Advanced excel and data modelling skills and knowledge
+ Experience with financial/reporting and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan etc.), Power BI and other data visualisations tools
+ Strong results orientation, initiative and self-motivation
+ Strong analytical skills to be able to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data, and translate ideas and financial results into concise reports, visuals and insights
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of management
+ Excellent organisational and time-management skills

As an Amazon Senior Finance Analyst, you will a site controller for Fulfillment Centers, as well as driving network wide initiatives, reporting, and cost analysis. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Uncovering Insights, Driving Optimization: Delve deep into financial data and operational metrics, meticulously analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities across individual Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and our broader fulfillment network. Your keen analytical abilities will uncover hidden insights that catalyze transformative change.
Mastering Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts to empower strategic decision-making. From FC budgeting to headcount planning and capital expenditure, your financial expertise will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions.

Our Team Operates out of Sydney and Melbourne Corporate Office and we travel to the sites we support when required.
