People don’t just want jobs. They want to belong. To feel seen. To collaborate with others who get it. Career is identity. And identity deserves better tools.

We’re in build mode: no large team, no layers of process. You’ll work directly with the two co-founders (Remi and Bella) to take PONND from MVP to V1 and far beyond. • Make key decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and tooling

  • Ship fast, test often, and iterate with real users

  • Set up scalable systems and clean processes

  • Strong product mindset

  • Write clean, scalable code and value thoughtful collaboration

  • Comfortable across the stack (and getting scrappy)

  • Excited to go from 0 → 1, and push from 1 → 100

  • Care deeply about UX, even if you’re not a designer

Nice To Have (not required):

  • Experience with auth systems, scalable backends, real-time features

  • Built or managed API integrations

  • Mobile-first thinking

  • Built modular systems or frameworks before

Our Pitch To You:

  • Role ownership and real influence

  • Equity options. We want you in this long-term

  • Hybrid work flexibility

  • Founders who are community obsessed

  • A chance to shape a brand with cultural weight

The Role

We're seeking an ambitious Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding team. As one of our first hires, you won’t just write code, you’ll shape the direction of our product, our culture, and the company itself.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, moves quickly, and cares deeply about building things that matter. You’ll have a direct line to the CEO and work alongside a small team with a shared sense of urgency and focus. You’ll work across our entire technology stack, delivering seamless, intelligent experiences that make our AI voice platform feel intuitive and transformative. You'll speak directly with customers, dig into real-world challenges, and turn insights into elegant, production-ready solutions.

We’re building for scale, speed, and significance. This is your chance to leave a real mark. If you want impact, real responsibility, and the opportunity to help define the future of healthcare administration, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the development of new customer-facing features end-to-end

  • Design and implement API integrations with 3rd party services that balance extensibility, usability, and long-term maintenance

  • Build efficient and reusable frontend solutions using TypeScript and React

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user problems and create cutting-edge solutions

  • Proactively work with other team members to understand user challenges and design solutions that address them

  • Improve app runtime performance to ensure seamless, high-quality voice interactions

  • Write high-quality code that scales with our rapidly growing user base

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 8+ years of relevant engineering experience at product-driven companies

  • Are proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies

  • Have experience with backend development (we use Next.js)

  • Are familiar with cloud infrastructure and services like Vercel

  • Have an interest in AI/ML, particularly in voice and natural language processing

  • Are pragmatic - knowing when to implement a quick solution versus investing in a robust one

  • Possess strong project management skills and can drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Thrive in ambiguity and can adapt quickly to rapidly changing conditions

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and can break large projects into manageable components

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Based in Sydney, Australia

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with AI platforms like OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, or AWS AI

  • Background in an early-stage startup environment, especially in high-ownership roles

  • Exposure to telecommunications, IVR system design, or real-time voice infrastructure

Benefits

  • A competitive salary and meaningful equity.

  • A seat at the ground floor of something big. Help shape a product, culture, and company from day one and see your work drive real-world outcomes in healthcare.

  • Real impact with real users. Build AI tools that are actively transforming how clinics operate, solving problems that matter at scale.

  • An ambitious team to learn from and grow with. Work alongside experienced engineers, product thinkers, and founders who move fast, set a high bar, and care deeply about building things that last.

  • A rare blend of startup energy and experienced leadership. While we’re early, our team has built and scaled successful businesses before so in many ways, the hardest part is already behind us.

Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role. No matter what you come in knowing, you’ll be learning new things all the time and the Stealth AI Company team will be there to support your growth.

Tracksuit’s vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We’re doing this by becoming the common language to measure and communicate the value of brand building. We've built beautiful, always-on, radically affordable brand tracking — taking an old-school, $100k+ market research product and making it 10x easier to use and 10x more affordable.

We’re a tight-knit, supportive, and ambitious team, driven to empower companies to use brand to drive success. Our culture thrives on complete transparency, trust, learning, and constant development and improvement.
