**About the Role**
The Projects Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will assist Division heads in planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects by managing documentation, coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, tracking project deliverables and facilitating communication among stakeholders. This role acts as a key resource to ensure that project goals are met through effective support and collaboration.
**Some of the Responsibilities include:-**
+ Providing key support with planning, executing, and monitoring strategic and departmental projects
+ Tracking progress on key projects, preparing regular status reports and presentations for review
+ Coordinating with division heads to gather input, monitor timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met
+ Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including timelines and action plans
+ Scheduling and facilitating project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documented
+ Assisting in resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting for project-related activities
+ Identifying delays, escalating issues to the General Manager, and following up on corrective actions
+ Supporting change management processes during project implementation phases
+ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery
**Qualifications:**

+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies
+ Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time and within budget
+ Proficient computer skills, highly organised
+ Skilled in problem-solving
+ Familiarity with hotel operations, departments and workflows

**Requirements:**
+ Proven Experience within a similar role as a Project Manager within the BMS / HVAC Industry.
+ Develop and deliver margin improvement strategies.
+ Ability to develop and implement budgets.
+ Strong leadership and management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
