**Position Summary**
The candidate will undertake a role as **Technical Architect** to lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) solutions. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and solution architecture to deployment and global support.
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust solutions across Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules ensuring technical realization of tasks based on functional designs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, in particular building and testing new and existing functionalities You will oversee application lifecycle management, including bug fixes, customizations, and integration solutions. You will coordinate closely with the **global IT team** and work collaboratively with **offsite D365FO development teams** to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Additionally, you will manage support operations across L1, L2, and L3 levels, including shift and Sunday support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA, ANZ, and LATAM regions, both onsite and offshore.
**Roles And Responsibilities**
+ Managing team of technical consultants, with periodic reviews, sprint deployments.
+ Collaborating with functional experts on service updates, test cases and business requirement design documents.
+ Preparing technical design documents basis functional design documents.
+ Design and integration Dynamics F&O with third party applications with/without middleware such as MuleSoft.
+ Integration and customization for reporting needs such as snowflakes.
+ Design and develop new functionalities as per business requirements.
+ Coordinating with stakeholders to get the deliverables on time.
+ Deployments and Configuration of Dynamics 365 environments.
+ Development of SSRS reports, Forms, classes as and when required
+ Oversee the complete lifecycle of D365FO implementation, from requirement gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
+ Should have a minimum 4-5 end to end implementations for a global organization. Preference will be given to experience in complex implementation including integrations.
+ Customer facing and able to handle discovery workshops alone.
+ Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with business stakeholders.
+ Architect robust, scalable solutions tailored separately to meet specific client requirements in Finance and SCM areas.
+ Develop and document comprehensive project deliverables (FDD, TDD, Solution Design).
+ Facilitate and conduct solution demonstrations and pilot programs, ensuring readiness for full-scale implementation.

**Mandatory Skills**
+ Proven expertise in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO), specializing in tools such as Visual studio, X+, Azure Devops, LCS, SSRS, dual write, DMF, SQL, Logic apps, etc.
+ Performance optimization using Microsoft best practices and use of tools such as trace parser and database knowhow.
+ Life cycle services know how to maintain cloud hosted VM's; replicating issues to sandbox environments with full database restore.
+ Configurations and management of Devops with branching and code repositories using CI/CD pipelines with gated check-ins.
+ MS Certified in Dynamics development.
+ Strong experience in development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall models.
+ Demonstrated ability in solution architecture, system configuration, integration, customization, technical troubleshooting, and implementation.

**Your role and responsibilities**
We are looking for a highly capable Mobile Application Tech Lead to work for key clients in the Brisbane area.
