ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
We’re seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Bondi . You’ll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a leadership role focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
- Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
- Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
- Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
- Recruiting, training, and growing the team’s skills and capabilities
- Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
- Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
- A passion for footwear, fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
- Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
- Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
- A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve KPIs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels

- Lead day-to-day operations of the health centre, ensuring high-quality delivery of primary health services
- Provide clinical oversight and support to a multidisciplinary team including nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and visiting clinicians
- Manage, mentor, and support staff professional development; oversee rostering and team wellbeing
- Foster strong relationships with Elders, community leaders, and stakeholders to align services with local needs
- Coordinate health promotion and community wellness programs
- Oversee budgeting, resource management, and facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory standards, and reporting obligations
- Promote a culturally safe and supportive environment for staff and clients
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions

- Strong leadership and clinic management skills
- Current manual driver’s license
