As a Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will support leading a team to deliver the daily operations of the venue and provide an exceptional guest experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the opportunity to create a unique dining experience for our guests, take good care and have a hands on approach when maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge.

Antidote - Where a passion for caffeination thrives. Will & Co Coffee accompanied by all your favourite breakfast bites made fresh to order.
Sports Bar - Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.
Oasis Dining - Inviting sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Gaming Floor. A dedicated pace and serene lounge areas to relax and socialize in comfort.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Supervise the team on shift and assist with training, development and performance management
- Set daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standards
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targets
- Ensure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shifts
- Monitor the quality of food and service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materials
What we are looking for:
- Supervisory experience within in a similar busy hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
- Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSAcard
