What do we need you to do?

You’ll deliver market leading clinical services, particularly in expertise/specialization by guiding the process of clinical practice improvement, ensuing clinical practices are research based, innovative and up-to-date, leading clinical service delivery and consultancy strategy and contributing to service-related professional development. This includes:

  • Providing analysis of relevant research and operational information and assisting managers to evaluate and integrate the information they receive.
  • Coordinating and maintaining team management systems and ensuring relevant information is input on a consistent and regular basis.
  • Providing a collection of relevant data to assist with budgeting, the operation of the team and production of regular reports.
  • Conducting specialised studies as required, providing insights into the operation of the team and the organisation.
  • What do we need you to bring?

    • Typically, this role will require more years’ experience in your field of expertise.
    • You will be continuing to develop in your area of expertise and be expected to provide innovative ideas to solve problems in your discipline.
    • Current Registration with AHPRA (relevant health professional board or the Nurses & Midwives board of Australia) without conditions
    • Master’s degree in area of specialty

    **We are seeking a talented Clinical Consultant within Inari Medical, now part of Stryker, as we continue our mission to transform the lives of patients. The successful applicant will become part of a growing team that's reshaping vascular intervention and delivering life-changing outcomes.**
    **This is a brand new position in Victoria. and is a rare opportunity to build Inari's presence with the support and backing of Stryker's world-class infrastructure.** This is a full-time, permanent position, where you'll partner closely with Territory Managers to support procedural excellence, customer success, and strategic account growth.
    **Cath lab/operating theatre experience is highly regarded in this role, and the added experience of endovascular nursing or radiographer background, would be highly regarded.**
    This role includes an on-call component to support after hours / weekend procedures. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential.
    **Key responsibilities:**
    + Deliver expert clinical and technical support in the use of Inari's devices during live procedures.
    + Provide in-service education, hands-on training, and continuous support for hospital staff across your region - mainly Melbourne.
    + Work collaboratively with Territory Managers, contributing your clinical insight to drive adoption and support account growth.
    + Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders.
    + Participate in an on-call roster to provide after-hours/weekend procedural support as needed.
    **Key requirements:**
    + Background in nursing, allied health, ICU, cath lab, or interventional radiology highly regarded
    + Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device or healthcare experience is advantageous
