• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents based on their individual care plans

• Leading and mentoring care teams, including Enrolled Nurses, graduates, and Personal Care Workers

• Maintaining clinical standards, safety, and compliance in line with AHPRA and aged care guidelines

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in aged care (essential)

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or full visa)

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification, current police clearance

• Up-to-date COVID-19 (x2) and flu vaccinations

Northern NSW hospitals are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) for 6 to 12-week Medical/Surgical contracts starting this October!

You will be working in a busy, fast-paced Emergency Department at a 100-bed referral hospital. As an Emergency Nurse at Mackay Hospital, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency care.
