**The Opportunity:**
The position involves the supervision of rental inventory which includes the efficient running of the department, with primary focus on inventory management, general administrative duties and ensuring that systems and paperwork relating to the department are processed correctly and efficiently. This position is also responsible for the effective communication flow between venues and base for all operational considerations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain awareness of department cost parameters and control operating costs
+ Generate transfers for Crown and check to ensure equipment availability in conjunction with Equipment Controller
+ Source equipment and prep to ensure technicians can set up equipment in a timely manner
+ Maintain effective communication with operations, theming, hotels and interstate offices

About the role
We are looking to hire a permanent Winery Operations Coordinator at our TWE Barossa Winery. Reporting into the Winery Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in operations planning and logistics. A key marker to success in this role is being able to coordinate winery operations and winemaking by interpreting production requirements and translating them into effective cellar resource planning using various scheduling tools and systems. Your day-to-day:
+ Support compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality systems, including fit-to-work reporting.
+ Coordinate cellar work plans and schedules to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
+ Collaborate with cellar leaders to manage labour rosters, leave planning, and workload distribution.
+ Monitor cellar operations and report planning metrics to leadership via dashboards and reports.
+ Liaise with maintenance and freight teams to ensure equipment readiness and bulk wine logistics.
+ Assist with chit creation, vintage intake scheduling, and oak management system implementation.

What You'll DoIn the role of Senior Operations Coordinator, your duties will include:
+ Oversees daily activities across functions, supporting department heads.
+ Implements operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.
+ Analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
+ Engages with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
+ Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
+ Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
+ Other duties as required.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Must have a minimum of a Associate's Degree, from an accredited institution, in Business Administration, Management, or related field, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
+ Must have a minimum of seven years of significant experience in operations management.
+ Must have an understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.

Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, the Operations Coordinator will effectively oversee all aspects of Back of House, including coordination of the Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services roles.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Ensure all repair and service orders are managed and completed in a timely manner, and successfully meet company's service quality standards using the approved Tiffany & Co. process guidelines and procedures.
+ Ensure that all customer inquiries, via telephone, email or in person are being responded to in an appropriate and timely manner and completed to high standards of resolution following Tiffany & Co. established processes and procedures.
+ Apply consultative one-to-one selling and product knowledge to all customer interactions to develop and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence
+ Provide the highest standard of customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships.
