**Job Description**
Join AECOM's Transport Group in South-East Queensland as a Technical Director, with a strong focus on project management. You will step into a dynamic role that blends leadership, innovation and project delivery. **What will a day in this role look**
+ Lead major transport infrastructure projects, focusing on culture, project performance, and relationships with clients and contractors.
+ Collaborate with an industry-leading team on large-scale transport projects across Queensland and Australia.
+ Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
+ Drive business success by leading strategy development, digital delivery initiatives, and integrating innovative technologies.
**Qualifications**
**The qualities that help you thrive:**
+ Tertiary qualification in engineering with 20+ years of experience, suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
+ Proven experience as Project Manager for major transport infrastructure projects, including work with TMR.
+ Knowledge of the Queensland consulting services market, including Business Cases, D&C, ECI, and ETI delivery.
+ Strong leadership with a focus on achieving results, growing teams, and balancing priorities.
+ Excellent client relationships, business development experience, and understanding of resourcing planning and forecasting.
