The Role
- Work with the relationship team responsible for sales & revenue growth opportunities

- Proven project management experience, problem solving and planning skills, with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with internal and external partners

Overview
The Australasia Prepaid Management Services Team is looking for a Director - Government and New Zealand Market to lead the strategic growth of the Prepaid Business by leveraging Mastercard's strong brand, technology, operations and risk platforms to deliver bottom line results to Mastercard and our partners. This includes optimizing existing volume and growing new volume by identifying initiatives via the development of strategic and operational plans, as well as execution of these to ensure business and financial objectives are achieved.
The individual must work cross functionally with the Mastercard Scheme Account team, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Delivery and Operations to power selling success outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role
In this client-facing position, you will:
- Develop strategic and operational plans aligning with both the client's business goals and Mastercard's objectives
- Identify prepaid business and other product initiatives with Government agencies including Australia Post, New Zealand Transit and Air NZ to grow future MasterCard (& client) revenues.
- Assist in driving and delivering on the Mastercard Transit strategy with the local Mastercard Government leads in Australia and New Zealand.
- Partner with our existing New Zealand Customers including The Westpac Group, Flight Centre and Helloworld to identify business opportunities, resolve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Execute on these plans to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Track the prepaid business performance vs. business and budget including regular reporting on KPI's and campaign performance.
- Interact with all levels of Customer product and senior management and build and maintain strong trust-based client relationships
- Negotiate, execute and manage the customer contract agreement process ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing.
- Identify opportunities and assist in design and setting of marketing strategies, product ideas and tactics for delivery against the customer objectives. Oversee and lead all phases of the implementation process from concept through rollout.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client and Mastercard projects -including product, operations, marketing, and finance- to deliver seamless service and execution. This includes ensuring that prepaid product offerings are aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Identify potential risks to the account and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain account stability.

The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from inception, product launch, and ongoing support and monitoring of key product metrics though to end of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Support the development and maintenance of the product vision and strategy in-line with the business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Product Roadmap Execution : Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with technical product owners and development teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products meet their expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prototyping and Testing : Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and obtain feedback from clients.
Skills and Experience:
  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of product functional domain, market landscape, customer requirements and leading practices.
  • Technical Collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively with technical product owners and development teams.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Proficiency working with Jira and Aha!

We are currently seeking a **Sr Product Manager** for Honeywell's Enterprise Building Manager (EBI) intelligent building management integration platform. You will play a critical role in this global leadership position in developing and executing product strategies, driving innovation and product development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your strong leadership and strategic thinking skills will be essential in driving the growth and profitability of our EBI product portfolio as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our strategic direction, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
You will report directly to our EBI Portfolio Product Management Director, and you'll work out of our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid work schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drive the growth and profitability of the EBI product portfolio
+ Develop and execute the overall strategy for Honeywell's EBI integration platform, encompassing both existing and new offerings
+ Identify market opportunities and drive product development
+ Conduct Voice of the Customer/Field research, market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps
+ Define and prioritize product investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability
+ Manage product deployment and pricing strategy
+ Oversee the entire lifecycle of the EBI platform releases
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations
+ Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior management on product strategy, performance, and market dynamics
+ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product offerings
+ Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the offering management team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
+ Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, offering management, or related roles, with significant experience developing large, complex solutions and leadership experience
+ Strong understanding of the building management system market
+ Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
+ Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth through effective product management.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings targeted at growth industries.
+ Developed pricing and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and market share
+ Monitored and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth
+ Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong VOC, OVOC, and customer co-creation experience and skills
+ Experience in a global organization
+ Experience in developing and executing product strategies
+ Adaptable, strong analytical and market research skills
