Team Overview

Mastercard Prepaid Management Services sits within the wider Mastercard organisation and is a global Program Manager of prepaid programs. Our worldwide clients include Government Agencies, Financial Institutions, Travel partners and Fintechs.

Position Overview

The role sits within the Australasian Prepaid team and is part of a team managing and shaping the future of a significant Big 4 Financial Institution travel program.

Role - In This Position, You Will

  • Drive Program Management return-to-sale strategy

  • Work on the relationship team responsible for sales & revenue growth opportunities

  • Lead and contribute to client facing regular meeting cadence

  • Provide escalation support

  • Work closely with our internal technical & engineering teams to resolve technical issues

+ Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

+ Strong understanding of risk analysis tools and techniques.
+ Expertise in system architecture and lifecycle management.
+ Ability to assess and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

**Experience and Background:**
+ 2 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.

As part of an exciting transformation program within our Group Risk & Compliance division, we are looking for a Risk SME (Risk Management Frameworks & Strategy) to join our Program team on a 12 month maximum term engagement!

In this role, you’ll will proactively lead and support initiatives including BAU risk and program initiatives to drive the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework and Strategy (RMFS), supporting standards, procedure and systems.

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Proactively lead risk initiatives and activities including undertaking to design, implement, review and embed risk management frameworks, policies, standards, tools and systems, to maintain adequacy and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of technical program management experience working directly with security, software engineering teams and senior leadership
