The Project Delivery team delivers a wide variety of projects from feasibility stage through to concept and detailed design and construction support.
**As a Delivery Manager (Project Management) you will actively contribute to** **the growth of our Queensland Water Group, along with providing your expertise to:**
+ Successfully deliver complex projects, working within high performing interdisciplinary teams and contributing to the financial success of a business.
+ Contribute to decision making and challenge how our projects are being delivered.
+ Work closely with our senior team of experienced engineers, project technical leads, design managers and other project managers to continue our excellent project delivery track record.
+ Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
+ Develop strong working relationships with clients by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding the client's business.
+ Contribute to a positive team culture and support the development of junior staff.
**To be successful for this role you'll need:**
+ Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering (or associated disciplines).
+ Project Management qualifications/certifications preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional) or working towards the attainment of a recognised qualification / certification.
+ **_Consultancy experience is a necessary requirement for this role, with Water industry experience being highly regarded_**
+ Demonstrated delivery capability and track record
+ Demonstrated project team leadership skills
+ Solid technical understanding of water infrastructure preferred, including some or all of the following:
+ Water and sewerage networks.
+ Water and wastewater treatment plants.
+ Water resources projects.
+ Dams and pumped hydro infrastructure.
+ General civil heavy infrastructure
+ Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a high level of financial competency.
+ Strong ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved.

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team and interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate the engineering technical aspects for complex projects. You will participate in project planning, proposal review, and will own the engineering elements of capital estimates. # Major Responsibilities:
+ Management of the scope, schedule, budget, priorities and the sequence of work for the project or assigned portion of a project including supervision of engineers of all disciplines in the Global Business Unit (GBU).

+ Ensures project goals and objectives for the project or assigned portion of the project are integrated with the rest of the project.

# Education and Experience Requirements:

After more than 35 years' operating as a successful uranium mine, the Ranger Mine is entering its rehabilitation stage and offers an exciting opportunity for you to work in a team making a positive impact on the environment. # Job Summary:
In this role, you will supervise a team of electrical work packages, estimate project staffing needs and schedules. You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans and review and approve electrical investigations and studies. Your leadership will drive high quality work plans, successful implementation of electrical components, team support, and project performance.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Plans, develops, directs, and participates in the day-to-day electrical engineering activity on small to medium sized projects or a portion of a major project with minimal to moderate complexity within a global business unit utilizing relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides, and Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs)
+ Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of personnel assigned, estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work accordingly.

+ Experience with Low Voltage and High Voltage Electrical Systems.
