  • 3+ years' experience in internal and/or external recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes. Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.

About the role

The role

  • Drive recruitment campaigns including Christmas and bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Proactively source talent and build pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, ATS, and other channels.
  • Represent Brandbank at university open days, careers fairs, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, recruitment metrics, and system compliance.
  • Contribute to projects across employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement.
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume internal recruitment or agency (retail experience highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms (JobAdder experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
