Job Description
This role is all about creating a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate who interacts with Stryker. You'll be the go-to for interview coordination, candidate communications, and admin support, helping us bring top talent into the business.
**Note this is a 6-month contract initially, with scope for future opportunities.**
**What you'll do:**
+ Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across ANZ
+ Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
+ Support compliance by documenting recruitment activity in our systems
+ Manage background checks, contracts and agency invoicing
+ Help launch job ads, screen CVs, and support recruitment campaigns
+ Assist with hiring events and career fairs
+ Help train new team members and support continuous improvement projects

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to join our growing and evolving People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while leveraging HRIS tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive hiring leader and candidate experience and driving organizational growth through strategic hiring, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for senior and leadership roles within your region.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Project lead volume recruitment drives within your region such as new openings, acquisitions and expansions.
- Leverage proactive sourcing tools to identify and hire passive market candidates.
HRIS Management:
- Utilize HRIS platforms (Dayforce) to manage recruitment workflows, track applicant data, and generate insightful reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of job requisition and candidate information within Dayforce.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Dayforce functionalities to improve recruitment efficiency and compliance.
- Raise job requisitions on behalf of hiring leaders and post job adverts across all sites to maintain a high level of consistency and standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for your region when it comes to Dayforce recruitment enquiries.
- Support configuration of recruitment related workflows within Dayforce, ensuring system alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with HRIS or system admins to test, troubleshoot, and implement updates or improvements within the recruitment module.
- Assist with recruitment related data audits and ensure data integrity across all requisitions and candidate records.
Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred but not essential.
Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an internal or corporate setting.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Contingent Workforce Recruiter) to join our Korn Ferry RPO team. You will be supporting one of our valued clients - a highly respected and trusted leader in the insurance industry.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent roles across both technology and corporate functions, including customer-facing positions. Your responsibilities will also include agency management, contract extensions, and vendor coordination etc. As the face of our recruitment solution, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and delivering strategic, value-driven recruitment outcomes.
About You
You are a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong track record in recruiting contingent talent and managing contingent workforces (ideally within the insurance or financial services sectors). You are customer-focused, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and clients, and excel at building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Build strong, consultative partnerships with stakeholders
- Manage high-volume contingent recruitment and support contingent workforce operations (*this role will also have the support of an offshore sourcing specialist and coordination team)
- Navigate ambiguity with resilience, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Represent the client's brand with professionalism and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Work in a hybrid model, with two days per week onsite at the client's office
