- 3+ years' experience in internal and/or external recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes. Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.

About the role

The role

You will focus on sourcing top talent across clinical and corporate roles, using a fully automated recruitment system to support your workflow. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio, use recruitment data to track performance, drive outcomes, and continuously improve how we recruit.
We are looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong admin skills and attention to compliance are essential to manage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and offer management.
- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
- Provide accurate recruitment reporting and confidently communicate insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience and model best practices.
- Champion continuous improvement in recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
