We are looking for a **T Products Sales Representative** based in our Melbourne office in Victoria.
**About you**
You will work as part of a team that supplements the wider T Product Sales activity of the organisation, primarily focusing on standard T products for a defined period and where live opportunity exists.
Including but not limited to: T Leads from the Field, requests from Branches, and proactive T Product Campaigns.

**As a** **T Product Sales Representative, your key responsibilities are**
+ Provide support for the Sales Team nationally on a needs basis.
+ Ensure achievement of T Sales targets in accordance with allocated business plan, regularly utilising the ISM Dashboard to monitor sales activity and adjusting behaviours accordingly
+ Action (or appropriately allocate) T Leads, from all sources, as they are presented
+ Engage with the source of Lead, clarify requirements
+ Contact the customer and establish or reinforce need
+ Create an estimate and obtain approvals as required
+ Produce a Service Works Proposal and submit to the customer and manage objections where necessary
+ Proactively follow up on submissions with a cyclical call closing plan
+ Establish and maintain comprehensive, secure and accessible data on all sales activity and any critical information required by the Company
+ Assist with strategy development as requested and proactively highlight opportunities for future T growth
+ Actively engage in all T Product Campaigns as requested
+ Support the Key Account team with general T quoting activity when required
+ Ensure that all selling activities, including prospecting, presenting, proposing, tendering, securing, and processing meet documented Company policies, procedures, quality systems, ethical standards and industry guidelines; helping to maintain compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
**Key Relationships**
+ Reports directly to the T Products Team Leader.
+ Works closely with the Service Account Representatives, Service Field Personnel and Service Managers across Australasia.

**This role will cover the targeted customers across East Western Australia**
**What you will be doing**
Working in a customer facing role, you'll engage and connect people to healthcare solutions that could transform their lives. We'll create a positive impact together; with stories you'll be proud to tell.
As a Sales Representative, you will promote key brands and engage primary care healthcare professionals within your territory to support positive treatment outcomes for patients. You will work with your team to develop and fulfil a local plan to exceed sales and customer contact goals.
**Main responsibilities**
+ Meet with Health Care Professionals aligned with our product portfolio strategy and cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.
+ Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentation meetings, medical centre luncheons and participation in industry events.
+ Work effectively within the territory team, contributing to team success
+ Maximise sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources. This involves presenting information effectively, tailoring it to customer needs, and staying informed about key competitor products and clinical developments.
+ Maintain a high level of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study and training.
+ Achieve required standard of sales calls which includes a regional area, working away from home 1 week in every 6 weeks
