**Title and Summary**
Director, Loyalty Strategy Consulting Sales
Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
We are looking for a truly exceptional strategic sales professional to join our Loyalty & Personalization Consulting practice in APAC. Our Practice is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Mastercard and we are looking for someone to fuel our growth in the region by continuing to drive Business Development in the region. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand how our professional services can be tailored to projects that help them achieve their ambitions to drive customer loyalty. This entrepreneurial role is a great opportunity to shape the direction of our regional practice.
Responsibilities
-Drive growth: Continue to drive the growth of our business in AP, with a specific focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets by identifying and developing new client relationships, and growing our existing relationships
-Provide expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our loyalty consulting services as well as broader industry trends to tailor our services to match client needs
-Own the sale: Responsible for the sale of our loyalty consulting services including defining the scope, finalizing the price, all done in collaboration with our partners across Sales and Consulting Delivery
-Lead clients: Cultivate lasting relationships with senior clients (VP+) at leading brands, becoming a trusted partner who can be relied upon to deliver sound advice throughout the sales process and during project delivery. This is a unique role where you will balance both Sales and relationship management responsibilities during the delivery of select engagements
-Collaborate effectively: Work in close collaboration with our partners in the region across Sales, Delivery, and Product to ensure we are bringing the best of Mastercard to our clients
-Sales Pipeline management; accountability of running and process pipelines
Requirements:
-Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand and/or top consulting firm
- Experience working as a consultant or other professional services role with experience selling within the retail, travel, hospitality industry
-Strong executive presence with experience working with regional and multi-national company executives
-Demonstrated expertise in securing internal buy-ins and adeptly navigating a complex matrix organization
-Ability to break down and communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations

Scope of Position

AWS is seeking a leader for Field Sales Operations to drive operational excellence across a team of talented individuals who are the operations partners for sales leaders in Australia and New Zealand.
This leader will manage business cadences within ANZ driving consistency across the team, and will also work with worldwide teams to manage the local execution of global business processes with a focus on optimisation and simplification.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Field Sales Operations Managers driving team engagement and career development.
- Develop simple scalable solutions and mechanisms to help the business achieve revenue attainment and growth goals, whilst maximising productivity.
- Project-manage complex workflows including Annual and In-year Planning in partnership with the Planning team; managing segmentation, quota planning, goaling, issue management and escalation pathways.
- Use data and analyses to deliver business insights and inform strategies, communicating complex concepts, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Sales, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation and other Operations teams.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to partner with AWS Sales Leaders to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities. This role will drive predictability in reporting and analyzing business trends as well as participating in strategic planning for the business. The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen and a deep analytic background to assist the Sales teams in creating efficiency, assessing performance and reporting & delivering results.
This position will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will assist the Sales Managers in evaluating and forecasting attainment against quotas, utilizing various CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed. This position will also be responsible for generating commission plans, managing the territory definitions and account movements, and calculating commissions.
This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. A successful individual is a person that has a proven work ethic that drives the desired results. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves".
This position will work with the several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS ANZ Startup Sales organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.
Key job responsibilities
- Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and develop mechanisms that enable scale.
- Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, customers, prospects, partners, markets, and products/services.
- Manage the monthly cadence of business reporting.
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, partner, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues.
- Assist Sales Managers in all aspects of evaluating their teams' performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations and payments.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.

You shadow customer calls and learn about what our customers are asking for. Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

**About the Role**
As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Sales & Planning team while adhering to hotel and Hyatt International's brand standards, ensuring excellent and consistent level of service is provided to our clients, customers and guests at all times.

**The Role**
The Program Strategy Manager is to work with your customers so that they realize the full value of the products and services they have purchased from Proofpoint, ultimately maximizing renewals and add-on transactions. This is a technical role in a fast-paced environment that demands interaction with enterprises at senior levels, as well as with technical staff within the traditional IT and Security organization. Independently provide ongoing and proactive technical leadership and support to Proofpoint's strategic customers with little direction.
**Your day-to-day**
+ Manage and monitor support interactions, serving as an internal advocate for strategic customers, responding to customer escalations, and proactively escalating when needed
+ Meet regularly with clients to review support interactions, system status, key issues, emerging threats and how to combat them using Proofpoint products and services
+ Develops 12-month road maps for assigned clients, expanding their scope, maturity, and security posture
+ Maintains program roadmaps and is accountable for delivery of objectives against deadlines
+ Identify and prioritize short term and long-term goals
+ Plan, document, and identify risks and challenges for production changes that span multiple services or technologies
+ Design and implements solutions to complex problems with minimum supervision
+ Provide technical guidance to customer teams and respond to enquiries regarding product features and functionality
+ Acts as consultative, trusted adviser to assigned clients, owning the relationship
+ Accountable for client satisfaction, retention and keeping their data secure
+ Open and assigns cases as required
+ Monitor all clients' cases to ensure that tasks are accurate, viable and completed within SLO guidelines
+ Provide flexibility with schedule to cover job requirements
+ Ensures adherence to service briefs, Proofpoint best practice, and SOPs
What you bring to the team
+ 3+ years of industry experience in a client/professional service, sales engineer, senior support engineer, IT operations management, or senior engineer role with exposure to multiple technology areas
+ Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically email and networking
+ Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
+ Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently
+ Must be proactive and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
+ A deep understanding and up-to-date handle on the evolving threat landscape, giving briefings to customers, prosects and internal groups to spread threat intelligence landscape awareness
+ Capability to drive performance and achieve excellent results
+ Ability to work effectively with team members and with clients
+ Self-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills, strong time management skills
+ Ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions (conflict resolution)
+ Previous experience working in 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) Nice to have's
+ Threat Protection, Data Loss Prevention or Information Security experience Preferred
+ Industry standard certifications (CISSP, PMP, CISM, etc.) Preferred
