* Engage, coach, train, and influence business partners to be an extension of Loss Prevention by equipping them with knowledge to identify leading indicators of Loss Prevention risk and educate them on the appropriate escalation path.
* You are the subject matter expert for all internal and external partners. Identify, promote and implement security best practices. Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes and initiatives.
* Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, and conduct interviews when appropriate.
* Use tools, data analysis, and collaborate with internal partners to identify inventory defects and create strategic plans in an effort to mitigate losses.
* Enhance, track, and report on metrics, which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
* Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancement and increase efficiency.
* Develop driven business cases using data collection, through database polling or data entry, from multiple DC; and conduct analysis generating strategic and tactical interpretations which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes.
* Ensure that team members understand Amazon, Global Security Operations, and Loss Prevention vision and values, in order to align performance this is done with your internal and external partners.
* Inspire performance excellence on the part of all security services team members and third party vendors.
* Recruit, hire, develop and retain candidates who raise the performance bar of the security services organization when needed
* Incident response planning, implementation, execution, and management.
* Effectively address loss mitigation, physical security considerations, potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy.
* This role covers a 24/7 operation and you must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
* Work in an industrial environment that requires walking up to 5km a day and ability to lift up to 10kg.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree * 2+ years of experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, supply chain management, or other related field * 2+ years data collection experience with root cause analysis * 2+ years of people management experience * Previous experience assisting with investigations * 1+ experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

The Role

- Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, to include intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English).
- Knowledge and application of physical security systems (such as but not limited to: VSS, IDS, ACS).
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, even with off-site supervision.
- Ability to Travel, both domestically and internationally (intermittently).
Preferred Qualifications

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the International Customer Fulfilment environment.

- End-to-end own, build, maintain, and improve complex risk-based security programs and projects specific to Customer Fulfilment within EMEA to prevent theft and losses.

A day in the life
As a Program Manager on the CF Solutions team, you will support the Security and Loss Prevention team with end-to-end owning, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving complex risk-based security projects and programs specific to Customer Fulfilment within International. To achieve this goal, you will develop and implement comprehensive security projects and programs aligned with organizational goals. You identify, assess, as well as prioritize risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also ensure that all security projects and programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and local standards and you provide ongoing training on security best practices for the personnel involved in your projects and programs.
About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the CF Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible. Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Amazon Security is looking for a Security Engineer to join the SOC team in Sydney, Australia.
This position supports AWS Security Engineers and Technical Program Managers with security operations and incident response activities. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating security response activities for a wide range of AWS products and services. You will drive "Tier 1" and "Tier 2" related issues to resolution across numerous service teams.
Key job responsibilities
You will need a combination of troubleshooting, technical, security incident response, and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle an assortment of disparate tasks which may include small-project and software development work. A day in the life
Primarily you will focus on incident response duties related to live security issues. You will also invent and simplify by automating response and reporting activities, fine tuning processes, and collaborate on complex programs with global teams. Basic Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or 3+ years' equivalent technology experience.
- Minimum of 2 years or more of demonstrated experience with a focus in areas such as systems, network, and/or application security.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience on a Security Operations team, especially experience coordinating responses to security incidents.

Security Governance & Strategy
+ Develop, implement, and manage a security governance package compliant with DISP, PSPF/DSPF and aligned with KBR's strategic objectives.
+ Ensure compliance with the KBR Global Security Standard across ADSS facilities and personnel.
+ Maintain and build a strong security culture and provide strategic input to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
Operational Security Management
+ Manage and direct security officers to deliver business-as-usual activities in line with DISP and internal governance policy.
+ Oversee security operations, ensuring all risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed under approved KBR security policies and procedures.
+ Investigate and report security incidents to the appropriate agencies within mandated timeframes.
Facility Security & Accreditation
+ Liaise with DoD, DISP and other agencies for joint security planning involving secure facility design, construction, accreditations and Defence network installations.
+ Conduct facility risk assessments and audits, ensuring operations align with current threat levels and implementing improvements as needed.
+ Work with ASD, DS&VS, ASIO and other security bodies to ensure ongoing facility compliance in a dynamic threat environment.
Policy Development & Compliance
+ Develop and update policies to ensure the secure management of people, property, and information in accordance with DISP and internal requirements.
+ Adapt policies based on Defence updates, incident findings, or risk assessments.
+ Complete mandatory reporting, including the Annual Security Report to DISP, and maintain membership requirements under DoD DISP.
Training, Awareness & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Develop and deliver security inductions, training, and awareness programs for all defence-involved staff.
+ Liaise with internal departments (e.g., IT, Facilities, Operational Units) to ensure secure operations and mitigate insider threats.
+ Maintain relationships with international KBR teams (USA, EMEA, APAC) and actively participate in industry working groups and CSO/DISP forums.
About You:
You are a seasoned security leader with a deep understanding of Defence security frameworks. You have proven experience leading security teams and advising senior executives in a high-stakes environment. You are proactive, adaptable and an excellent communicator who builds trust and drives strategic outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
+ Extensive experience in senior security leadership roles within the Defence industry
+ Strong knowledge of DISP, PSPF, DSPF, ISM and associated Defence security frameworks
+ Completion of DISP Security Officer training
