Byfields Business Advisers is calling senior accountants, managers or experienced intermediates ready to step into a leadership role alongside the director. You’ll work closely with our agribusiness and SME clients while mentoring a close-knit team—ideal for someone ready to make a real impact in a stable, people and client-first firm.
Not based in WA, yet? No problem! We’re open to relocation support to Perth/ Narrogin/ Esperance, WA OR a flexible model.

Byfields Business Advisers seeks experienced tax and business advisory accountants to join our team serving our clients across WA. We’re open to flexible Drive-In/Drive-Out options from Perth or another location combined with 2 days working from home but will also consider full relocation. Let’s explore the best fit for you!

You may be an Intermediate accountant ready to take the next step in your career or a Senior accountant/ Manager potentially seeking a role with a little bit of flexibility to balance work and family life. Either of these options provide you the opportunity to work with large scale farming clients in the picturesque WA Wheatbelt region.
You’re a problem solver and a team-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset. You’re ready to hit the ground running while also continuing to grow.
- You have most of these boxes ticked:
- 4+ years’ experience in public practice
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- Strong technical and tax/advisory knowledge
- Experience mentoring juniors or ready to step up
- Great communicator, strong initiative, team-first mindset
- Passion for regional clients and relationships
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Great communicator and proactive team player
