About the Role
As a Senior Data Analyst III, you will lead analytics efforts and projects with full autonomy, from defining scope and approach to delivering actionable insights and business recommendations. You will be a thought leader in your domain, creating advanced insights that extend into adjacent areas of expertise and designing best practices that elevate analytics across the organisation. This role demands a strategic mindset and hands-on technical expertise. You will provide leadership and mentorship to the Data team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team capabilities. You'll manage complex analytics and data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, while overseeing key functional spaces of data visualisations optimising its efficiency, scalability, and security. You will actively support organisational development by training stakeholders in analytics best practices and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will also include, developing and maintaining data models and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to the Data team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team skills.
+ Lead analytics efforts and projects independently, including defining scope and approach.
+ Manage projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data quality and governance, assess and implement new technologies, and monitor analytics solution performance for continuous improvement.
+ Develop and maintain data models and products that support advanced analytics and reporting requirements.
+ Aim to uncover meaningful insights and deliver actionable business recommendations
+ Drive and develop new dashboards when new products are launched.
+ Continuously optimise data processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
+ Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps.
+ Consolidate data accurately from various sources to conduct analysis and present findings & insights.
+ In a team setting, add value to conversations to develop, construct, install, test, and maintain data architectures (databases, large-scale processing systems, and data pipelines) that support ETL and Data Visualisations processes.
+ Write technical and release documentation including specifications, testing strategies, and performance benchmarks.
+ Collaborate with leadership teams to understand data needs and define analytics requirements.
+ Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
+ Endorse and advocate for the benefit of change initiatives to functional leaders.
Requirements
+ Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
+ 6-9 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
+ Strong business facing stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
+ Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic analytics programs.
+ Excel in teaching and directing others with a supportive and caring demeanor.
+ Demonstrates expert proficiency in preparing data using a variety of tools and programming languages. (SQL, Python, R)

You’ll work closely with senior BI developers and business stakeholders to support both project-based initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) operations. We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator with a growth mindset, commercially astute, and confident in transforming complex datasets into simple, powerful insights that influence senior stakeholders and help shape EVT’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior BI developers in the delivery of end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
- Provide BAU support for existing BI reports and data models.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder support.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches.
- Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality, and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
- Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts.
- Strong commercial acumen, business judgment and experience with commercial storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**About the role**
+ Perform a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market transactions, compile and interpret market data, and provide data and asset information to clients.
+ Support agents and administration staff, maintain land ownership and databases, and ensure database integrity and accuracy.
+ Work with tenant representatives, prepare development feasibilities, assist with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and prepare marketing collateral packages for leasing campaigns.
+ Analyse economic and property trends to assist with presentations.

About the role:
The Media Analyst works within Streem’s Insights team to deliver bespoke one-off, monthly, quarterly reports for our Communications clients. These reports provide data-led insights, commentary, and executive-ready summaries that help shape communication strategies and measure performance.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality media analysis reports (monthly, quarterly, one-off) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
Read, rate, and analyse media coverage to identify sentiment, trends, and key themes.
Construct Boolean queries to set up reports or refine data searches
Write clear, insightful commentary and executive summaries tailored to senior stakeholders.
Present findings to clients and respond to queries as required.
Contribute to retrospective meetings and team improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Tech, Product, Account Management, and Sales teams on cross-functional projects.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong interest in the Australian media landscape.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Critical thinking skills – able to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable (but not required):
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint.
Strong report writing skills across both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience writing Boolean queries.
