The Role: Garden Design Assistant/Architect
Working closely with our design team, you'll play a vital role in crafting stunning outdoor spaces. From master plans to construction documentation, you'll be involved in every stage of the design process. Your responsibilities will include preparing project reports, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring quality outcomes across all projects.

Functional architect/ Project Manager for SCM and Finance

**Position Summary**
The candidate will undertake a dual role as Project Manager and Solutions Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial stakeholder meetings through solution architecture, detailed documentation, system design, functional and technical specifications (FDD/TDD), demonstrations, training, piloting, final deployment, support, problem management, release management, and change management.
Additionally, the candidate will handle technical aspects and separate responsibilities for Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The candidate will also provide shift support, Sunday support, L1, L2, and L3 support levels, and manage team members located across EMEA, ANZ, and LATAM regions, both offshore and onsite, covering technical and functional areas globally.
**Roles And Responsibilities**
+ Obtain an understanding of Accounting and Operations performed in D365, system configuration and how other systems integrate with D365. Be a primary point of contact (POC) and subject matter expert (SME) for the D365 FO modules including integrations with the third parties like DHL, I2, EDI, ESKERS, CITI Bank, 3PL, SAP etc.
+ Apply advanced process analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and SCM capabilities. The incumbent must possess knowledge of multiple MSD 365 FO solution areas and assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes and fundamentally helping the client to achieve their objectives leveraging Dynamics capabilities.
+ Oversee the complete lifecycle of D365FO implementation, from requirement gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
+ Should have a minimum 4-5 end to end implementations for a global organization. Preference will be given to experience in complex implementation including integrations.
+ Customer facing and able to handle discovery workshops alone.
+ Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with business stakeholders.
+ Architect robust, scalable solutions tailored separately to meet specific client requirements in Finance and SCM areas.
+ Develop and document comprehensive project deliverables (FDD, TDD, Solution Design).
+ Facilitate and conduct solution demonstrations and pilot programs, ensuring readiness for full-scale implementation.
+ Lead the execution of training programs to guarantee successful system adoption.
+ Monitor, report, and ensure the resolution of project risks and issues promptly.
+ Provide ongoing support, manage problem resolution, and ensure effective technical issue handling.
+ Manage and execute release management activities, coordinating system enhancements, upgrades, and patch deployments.
+ Drive comprehensive change management activities, minimizing disruptions and ensuring effective communication and adoption. Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with project goals.
+ Deliver high-quality solutions on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic organizational objectives.
+ Oversee all technical activities, collaboration with functionals, clients and third parties, including customizations, integrations, and performance optimizations to ensure robust system performance.
+ Provide dedicated shift and weekend support, effectively managing all levels of operational support.
+ Lead and manage a large international team, ensuring efficient collaboration and high performance across multiple regions and disciplines.
+ Provide the Status reports, Service Now, Task assignments, Jira board and dev ops analysis to the business stakeholders on weekly and daily basis.
**Mandatory Skills**
+ Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering workshops, and solution brainstorming sessions.
+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity in deliverables and project requirements.
+ Architect, design, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, particularly focusing separately on Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
+ Prepare and maintain critical project documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Solution Design Documents, and comprehensive implementation roadmaps.
+ Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
+ Organize and conduct demonstrations, system walkthroughs, and pilots to validate solution effectiveness and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
+ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve issues, and provide technical support during the testing phase.
+ Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, stakeholders, and support teams, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and system adoption.
+ Provide ongoing support, including problem resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post-implementation.
+ Implement and manage release management processes, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment of system enhancements and upgrades.
+ Execute and oversee change management procedures to ensure minimal disruption and maximum adoption during changes.
+ Ensure high-quality standards are consistently maintained throughout project delivery.
+ Oversee and guide all technical aspects, including customizations, integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
+ Provide dedicated shift support, including Sunday support, covering L1, L2, and L3 support levels, ensuring comprehensive technical and functional issue resolution.
+ Effectively manage a diverse team of 20 to 30 + members across EMEA, ANZ, and LATAM regions, including both offshore and onsite resources, spanning technical and functional roles.
**Salary Range:** >$100,000
