We are currently seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team.
About You
You are a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Architect with a strong background in architectural construction documentation and management. With a proven track record in leading large-scale Class 2 multi-residential projects through to construction, you ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Leading project teams to ensure accurate and timely construction documentation from post-DA approval to completion.
- Overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and team performance to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Liaising with internal management for approvals and sign-offs at key milestones.
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring strict adherence to building regulations, planning controls, and industry standards.
- Conduct quality checks at each stage, applying your expertise in construction detailing.
- Regularly reviewing design work to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years post-graduate experience within Architecture including a minimum of 5+ years local experience is essential – ideally registered.
- Strong competency in Revit construction documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in Class 2 multi-residential projects - must be currently leading your own projects.
- Have strong understanding of the Design and Building Practitioner Regulation (DBP), Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Full working visa or residency status and current local experience is essential for this role.

Demonstrated abilities to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines
Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of projects
