Overview SOSi seeks a Network Administrator to join our team at Canberra, AUS. As a Network Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting network operation, maintenance, and security, ensuring DoD compliance. Our team, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission, and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. We tackle challenging technical problems critical to enabling USINDOPACOM's realization of time sensitive C2 strategies. Essential Job Duties As a Network Administrator at SOSi, you will work within the Network Operations team to provide essential support within the USINDOPACOM Area-of-Responsibility (AOR). Provides essential support in the maintenance of VDI environments, ensuring efficient and secure user access. Manages Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Video Teleconferencing systems (VTC)s, and other Cisco VoIP systems to ensure reliable communication services. Reviews and troubleshoots network transport and protocol related issues. Collaborates with the Cross-Domain Solutions team to facilitate secure information sharing across security domains. Participates in project coordination alongside the project management team to ensure successful project execution. DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Bachelor's Degree in IT, Networking, or similar, and 4 years of related experience or 8+ years of experience in network administration, to obtain Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) within 6 months. Strong knowledge in Cisco routers, switches, ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, CSfC, Taclane encryption methods, VDI environments, Cross-Domain Solutions, CUCM, and VTCs. Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards including government Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs). You are a seasoned Systems Administrator with experience working on projects within highly classified environments.
