This is a permanent part-time mobile role of at least 15 hours per week and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to work with participants in their homes across South-Western Sydney LGA (Campbelltown, Liverpool, Fairfield, etc.)
- SCHADS Level 2 base rate from $33.93 per hour with salary packaging benefits, penalty rates, and superannuation

What you will be doing:

- Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in psychosocial disabilities
- Good communication skills and ability to do case notes through a mobile phone
- Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
- NSW Driver’s license (can be on Green P Plates) , access to a reliable car and Comprehensive car insurance are required for the role.
- First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.
