This is a technical delivery position based in Canberra. As a technical member of Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) Delivery organisation, providing technical delivery for the successful delivery, implementation, and support of complex Oracle solutions.
The primary focus of the role is to be a customer facing technical advocate with the customer's IT staff. + Knowledge transfer on effective engagement with Oracle Support processes and procedures.
+ Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to customer staff.
+ Software lifecycle guidance (i.e. patch, upgrade, and migration planning and execution).

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to build an agentic AI system that automatically maps ongoing research activities across The Kids Research Institute. This innovative project will provide leadership and researchers with real-time visibility of projects, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and support The Kids’ Research Reimagined strategy.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and develop AI agents using PydanticAI to extract and map project data.
  • Build connections between projects, researchers, and research themes.
  • Enable natural language queries and create simple user interfaces for non-technical users.
  • Support integration of data sources and maintain regular updates through pipelines.
  • Contribute to system testing, documentation, and demonstration to leadership.

Based at Perth Children’s Hospital, this is a full-time, fixed-term position for 1 year.

About You

You will bring a strong foundation in Python development and a keen interest in applying AI to transform research systems.

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and Git version control.
  • Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

What You'll Do:
* Build strong and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and Business Process Owners, ensuring alignment on standard templates and enhancement requirements
* Build relationships with key stakeholders in business and IT teams to drive key outcomes, make decisions, and ensure timely project completion
* As a functional SME, lead ITD collaboration with business leadership and process owners to effectively implement new processes, process changes, and both existing and new technology
* Act as the liaison between Business Units and IT, continuously improving and growing the relationship between them
* Engage business Power Users to ensure the deployed Radius model meets business requirements across the product portfolio and regions
* Identify additional training and support needs to ensure compliance with core applications
* Support user acceptance testing and cut-over activities by engaging in functional areas during the upgrade cycle
* Ensure that plants/functional teams have access to the data required to manage operations
* Identify opportunities and gaps for technology enablement to enhance and grow business operations
What You Bring:
* 5+ yearsu2019 experience within manufacturing environment supporting IT and Business needs (industry experience a plus)
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence others to comply with standard business processes
* Driving execution & task management skills to manage the work through respective ITD functions.
* Understanding Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
* Building relationships and establishing stakeholder relationship network at the local sites to function as an effective change agent.
* Understand and experience implementing operational management systems
* Become proficient in the standard model processes being deployed
* Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration.
* Driven with a sense of urgency to achieve results
* Willingness to travel

**About the role:**
The primary accountability for the Systems Planning Analyst will be to manage and co-ordinate vendor and financial administration and reporting for the Asia Systems Office Oceania (ASOO) department, while providing comprehensive administrative support to the broader ASOO team as and when required.
**What you'll be doing:**
Financial:
+ Co-ordination and administrative support for financial reporting relating to vendors and projects (accrual of invoices, statements and following up end of financial year processing, etc.).
+ Assist in managing budget forecasting for the department and reporting on monthly actual spend versus the agreed budget forecast.
+ Processing invoices and payment fulfillment for ASOO.
Administrative Support:
+ Day to day administration duties relating to ASOO activity. Includes but not limited to communications, facilities handling, business process handling, policies and procedure execution.
+ Facilitate communication within the department, cross departments, cross branches and with Head Office to organise room bookings, schedule meetings, attendee follow up, etc.
Project/Vendor Support:
+ Collaborate with ASOO on vendor management process fulfillment such as contract renewals, invoicing, compliance checks of IT service providers.
+ Collaborate with wider Oceania branch on support for business process requirements.
+ Coordinate eProcurement plans with project managers and project teams.
+ Execute cross department procedures such as business travel and outsourcing screening.
+ Manage expenses budget, monthly reporting, budget forecast and other periodic reports.
**What we are looking for:**
You'll have 2 years' previous experience working in administration and financial management, handling a variety of tasks from internal stakeholders to external vendors. Previous experience within the banking and finance industry is preferred, but not essential.
A good understanding of finance, including invoice processing, tracking and forecasting budget is essential, as well as solid Excel skills.
You'll be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, an ability to adopt new policies and procedures, and quickly gain an understanding of MUFG policy and procedures around vendor and project engagement. Good communication skills are a must, enabling you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
