* Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, and conduct interviews when appropriate.

* Inspire performance excellence on the part of all security services team members and third party vendors.
* Recruit, hire, develop and retain candidates who raise the performance bar of the security services organization when needed
* Incident response planning, implementation, execution, and management.
* Effectively address loss mitigation, physical security considerations, potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy.
* This role covers a 24/7 operation and you must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
* Work in an industrial environment that requires walking up to 5km a day and ability to lift up to 10kg.
Basic Qualifications

About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the CF Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities within the Customer Fulfilment environment as early as possible. The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Security Officer to join KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions Security Team.
Reporting to the Senior Security Officer, you will be required to enforce and monitor security procedures, ensure compliance with all aspects of government and company security policies and procedures relating to physical access to buildings, governance, personnel and ICT/cyber security.

In this position you will:
+ Managing the KBR Security Register for all KBR staff and subcontractors requiring a Security Clearance
+ Assistance with initiation, maintenance, transferring and deactivation of clearances (approx. 1,300 clearances)
+ Conducting security briefings, inductions and security education programs
+ Investigation of losses and security violations
+ Assistance with security audits and compliance activities
+ Maintenance of the Security Page on the KBR SharePoint site
+ Assisting the day to day management of our secure facility (lock up, alarms and CCTV)
+ Management of access control system (for employees and visitors)
As the ideal candidate, you will bring:
+ Prior experience in a similar Security Officer position within Defence or Government industry
+ Experience using SharePoint
+ Current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
+ Defence Security Officer training course (or willing to complete in the future)

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Security Officer to join KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions Security Team.
Reporting to the Senior Security Officer, you will be required to enforce and monitor security procedures, ensure compliance with all aspects of government and company security policies and procedures relating to physical access to buildings, governance, personnel and ICT/cyber security.
You will work with a small team of dual hatted Security Officers throughout KBR to ensure compliance with KBR security policies and procedures and Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership requirements. You will also coordinate access control for remote locations and may develop and implement security procedures in coordination with management.

Under general supervision, the IT Security Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM), Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), and Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF), whilst developing, maintaining, and enforcing local ICT security policies, standard operating procedures (SOP's), and system usage guidelines for our Aerospace customer.
The IT Security Officer will identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks to ensure the continuity of operations for our Aerospace customer. An integral part of this role will be promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance across the organisation.

+ Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance
+ Assist with the preparation and management of security authorisation packages, including System Security Plans (SSP), risk assessments, and system security assessments.
+ Technical Security Oversight
+ Monitor system configurations, oversee vulnerability management across the organisation
+ Enforce Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) system hardening guidelines for all applicable systems.
+ Risk Management and Incident Response
