**How You'll Shine**
As Cook, you will responsible for preparing, producing and presenting superior quality food in a timely and professional manner. You will place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests dining in onsite.

**About the Role**
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of this stunning 200-key resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing the complexities of a strata-titled property. This is a **hands-on role** requiring strong leadership across all departments, including food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
You will work closely with owners, guests, and the Body Corporate Committee, balancing operational excellence with strategic business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team across all resort operations.
+ Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional service standards.
+ Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
+ Manage strata obligations and build strong relationships with the Body Corporate.
+ Ensure compliance with brand standards and legislative requirements.
