We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced individual to join this team in the role of Branch Manager for our Perth City branch.
Your main responsibilities will include :
+ Providing leadership to all Branch staff in the form of sales management, performance management, and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
+ Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
+ Demonstrated previous leading, coaching and management experience within a Retail Branch or Area Management environment.
+ The ability to lead, supervise, mentor and motivate within a high performing sales team.
+ Sound knowledge and understanding of financial services operations, compliance and audit requirements of a Retail Branch.
+ Experience in managing budgets, revenue growth and sales targets.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ The ability to identify customer wealth creation needs, with a strong aptitude in learning new products and services.

The Regional Sales Manager - Perth, is responsible for delivering customer value and drive accelerated growth. **In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Identify, develop, manage, and retain revenue-generating opportunities for the organization through the strategic & tactical sales and support of all product and service lines.

+ Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other accounts that indirectly influence the buying decisions of the customer.
+ Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, virtual/telephone contact, trade shows, product demonstrations & evaluations, and customer seminars.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ A degree in a science or engineering related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
+ Over 5 -10 years of sales experience in capital and consumables sales (like: test kits)
+ At least 2 years' experience in the Industrial Markets
+ Hands-on experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com).
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of time within the assigned territory.
+ Strong customer focus, flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
+ To provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect patient care.
+ Functions as a team member, promoting the values, missions and goals of the clinic and company, constantly working towards their achievement.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
+ Ensures cleanliness and neatness of patient's environment and stock room
+ Ensures cleaning of the Isolation rooms is done when required.
+ Cleans exterior of dialysis machines, patient chairs and over-bed tables as per policy and procedures
+ Assists with basic food preparation and delivery of nutritional requirements to patients as well as assists with meal ordering
+ Serves, distributes and collects patient / visitors' meals and refreshments
+ Arranges patient transport from Dialysis treatment
+ Attends to the re-stocking of consumables in the stock room and trolley/s as required for daily operation of the clinic
+ Monitors consumable stores and orders stock as required
+ Confirms delivery of stock, checks inventory and documentation
+ Performs stocktake when requested
+ Ensures routine collection and appropriate disposal of linen, rubbish and contaminated waste
+ Orders and pack away linen
+ Assist in the collection of blood samples by pathology lab, help spin blood before collection
+ Participates in Quality Improvements activities as required by the Dialysis Clinic Manager
+ Ensures/promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety policy (FMEAU-28).
+ Engages in internal and external in-service activities to enhance / maintain skills and knowledge.

We currently have a vacancy for a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to join the Amazon Australia Team. This position is within the Fulfillment Center (FC), reporting into the WHS Manager. It requires working with the WHS team to deliver high standards of safety within our FC. The suitable applicant will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the WHS function. + Support the conduct of System Operational Verification Tests (SOVT) that are conducted by the United States Navy (USN), including acting as a Test Witness when required.
+ Manage the staged upgrade activities in line with the Raytheon EMS producing approved Variances and ECPs to support Service release for each major element of the upgrade.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering with at least three years of post-graduate professional engineering experience in either area.
+ Ability to understand a diverse range of electrical and RF communications systems.
+ An understanding of key Systems Engineering activities such as Design Reviews, Hazard/Risk Assessments, formal V&V testing, Engineering Change and Service Release.
+ Familiarity with Australian Standard (AS) electrical and Safety standards;

+ Working closely with the Contractor Standing Capability (CSC) Project Engineering Manager (EM) you will support the Senior Electrical Engineer in the execution of electrical engineering activities for the CSC Project.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ The Project Manager is responsible for CSC projects and overall leadership of the CSC team.
+ Working closely with the Engineering Manager, the PM ensures safe, quality, technically compliant project outcomes are achieved within budgets and schedules.
+ Identification, assessment and management of project risks, issues, and opportunities.

Job Description
**Service Technician - Based in Perth, Western Australia**
**Come and join the world's leading water technology company!** Grundfos Pumps Australia is seeking the skills of a talented electrically qualified Service Technician to join our inclusive and highly motivated Service & Solutions team, based in our Perth office in Kewdale, servicing our customers in Western Australia.

_What you will be doing:_
Some of the activities that you would undertake day to day include:
+ Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replace parts, reassemble pumps, pump systems, and accessories both in the workshop, and in-field.
+ Commissioning and assessment of variable speed drives and motor interfacing and monitoring systems.
+ Utilising App and tablet-based reporting technology to complete tasks, and create lead generation information to internal sales teams, which in turn promotes service growth.
+ Sign off electrical works undertaken or supervised.
+ Prepare clear and complete service reports and ensure that these are submitted on time and as per the company requirements and format (such as warranty claims, working hours, sales lead generation, fault analysis reports etc.)
+ On occasions, travel to various parts of WA and possibly other states may be required to undertake service related tasks, or training.
+ As required, provide phone based technical support for customers in conjunction with our Customer Service & Technical Support Team.
_Who you are and what you'll need to know:_
The ideal applicant will embody the following skills and experience attributes:
+ Experience with electrical/mechanical systems and/or pumps and rotational equipment
+ Must be a fully qualified Electrician in WA (or be able to obtain mutual recognition if holding one from interstate). You will also be the nominated QTP on behalf of our company's Electrical Contractor's license for WA.
+ Must have a full Australian recognised drivers' license.
+ Being curious, accountable, reliable and punctual.
+ Organised & results driven - process & outcome focused.
+ High level of communication skills -be a good and open communicator.
+ Hold the applicable First aid, LVR/CPR courses, or be prepared to undertake these once employment has commenced.
+ Experience in using information platforms such as Microsoft applications & SAP, would be an advantage.
+ Experience with pump technology, controls and variable speed drives would be an advantage
