**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and authenticity
+ Understanding our offerings, menu, service style and promotional activities
+ Provide great customer service, sharing your own unique story and style
+ Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold and specialty beverages to a high standard
+ Receiving and processing guest payments accurately
+ Collaborating with our Events team and kitchen to provide seamless service across our F&B offerings
**What We need from you:**
+ Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
+ Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
+ Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
+ Motivation - your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
+ Great teamworking attitude
+ Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
+ Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
+ Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We're looking for a Kitchen Steward to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens. This is a Part time role at HIGA Level 1.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment
+ Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
+ Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen
+ Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing
+ Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes
**What we need from you:**
+ Passion for delivering great service
+ Previous experience in a busy Kitchen is preferable
+ Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
+ The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling
+ The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays
+ Must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia without limitations or restrictions

+ Lead and deliver civil engineering design packages across roads, drainage and water infrastructure projects.
+ Manage design activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client and project outcomes.

**Qualifications**
