Toro Australia is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Equipment team in Bendigo, VIC. Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region around Bendigo, VIC in support of a wider national network.
What Will You Do?
+ Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.
+ Ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.
+ Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
+ Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.
+ Providing product service training to clients as required.
+ Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.
+ Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.
What Do You Need?
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
+ Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
+ A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License

**About the Role**
As a Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the operating theatre.
You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.
