We are currently seeking a **Senior Health, Safety and Environment Advisor** to work in our Building Automation team to be based in our Abbotsford, Melbourne office. This role will provide subject matter expertise to the Honeywell Building Automation Business across Victoria and Tasmania and be the key point of contact within the allocated district. Reporting to the Pacific HSE Director, the role will assist Business Managers and Leaders in delivering the HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the company's safety culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Leaders, Managers, Site Engineers / Operational staff and customers
+ Provide expert advice and assistance to management and employees on work health and safety strategies, programs, systems, policies, standards, and processes
+ Develop and maintain a Management Operating Systems (MOS) including scheduling of planned workplace, site observations, inspections, audits and risk assessments
+ Facilitate the deployment of strategic and Annual Operating plans for HSE across the districts
+ Conduct structured incident investigations across the business
+ Ensure Honeywell and customer and HSE requirements are met for all projects and contracts
+ Facilitate internal and external HSE audits
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Diploma or qualifications in Health, Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or other appropriate qualification related to HSE
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in driving and deploying HSE in business ideally in construction or maintenance industry (preferred)
+ Knowledgeable in HSE compliance, emerging regulations, and trends
+ Experience with ISO Certifications
+ Strong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
+ Experience undertaking site audits and inspection
+ Proficient in general computer software use - word, excel, PowerPoint
+ Lead auditor, strong investigative, analytical, planning and organizational skills
+ High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in advising senior managers and others on sensitive issues
+ Great tenacity and able to work in ambiguity and complex fast-paced environment required
+ Can travel and hold full driving license required

We are recruiting for talent to join our Step Up Process Assistant pool at MEL8/AVV4. This is a opportunity to step up into a process assistant role for a period of time.
Process Assistants form an integral part of Amazon's Middle Mile operations, contributing significantly to the team's dynamic growth. Process Assistants are responsible for daily management of department duties including: allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, providing work direction and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Please note the shift pattern is variable, based on 4 days on and 3 days off including weekends.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Track and report labor hours
- Occasionally, assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP (standard operating procedure) compliance
- Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
- Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
- Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production goals
- Review and update SOP's as required
- Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped
- Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives
- Coach associates on ways to work safely at all times
- Ensure all job injuries are reported timely in accordance with established policies and procedures

We currently have a vacancy for a Workplace, Health, and Safety (WHS) - Coordinator to join the Amazon AU Team. This position is located at MEL8 in Craigieburn, Victoria, reporting to the WHS manager.
This role is open to anyone who has a particular interest in work health and safety and requires working with the WHS team to deliver high standards of safety within the site. The suitable applicant will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the WHS function. You will be a strong communicator, who values teamwork, is proactive about safety and who can function as a role model and engage professionally with the entire site workforce.
*This is an hourly paid role working on Night Shift, Monday to Friday 5pm to 1am.
Key job responsibilities
Assist with risk assessments as required and follow-up control measures to completion.
Advise associates and managers on company procedures and legal requirements within the level of a Coordinators knowledge. Know their level of competence and not provide information outside this level.
Monitor the site for compliance with company safety procedures.
Assist in the implementation of Regional WHS management programs at site level.
Assist with the investigation of incidents to establish root cause and develop required action plans with relevant processes.
Update internal records regarding incidents, near misses and accidents, Area Observations, Safety Inspections, pre-start records and 'Safety Saves'.
Be involved in undertaking action plans to ensure continuing compliance with Legislation.
Be able to maintain confidentiality in matters involving safety investigations.
Monitor Dock and Yard safety procedures to ensure compliance.
Carry out WHS training sessions for managers and associates as required.
Flexibility on hours worked to cover shifts and escalations as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Bachelors degree in a Safety related field or a Cert IV in Safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience in logistics or similar industry

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for achieving annual financial metrics including revenue & margin for assigned accounts
+ Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals
+ Drive demand, sell directly to the end customer and work with the customer core team
+ Work in close collaboration with the Customer Business Director, Customer Support Managers, credit analysts and field service team in pursuit of goals and objectives
+ Build pursuit sponsorship across the customer organization including influencers and decision makers in flight operations, Procurement, Engineering and Aircraft Selections team at the airlines
+ Work with the Sales Excellence and pricing team for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales training
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's degree in an industry equivalent qualification ie business, Finance, or Engineering
+ 5+ years of sales experience in Aviation or related industry, with a proven record in meeting and exceeding KPIs
+ Familiarity with Aero industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
+ financial acumen to discern risks and opportunities
+ Passion for profitable sales growth
+ Self-sufficient, motivated and ability to exercise sound judgement
+ Global / multi-regional experience
+ An ability to influence diverse groups
+ Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
+ Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers

We are currently seeking a **Senior Legal Counsel** to be part of our Building Automation team that is based in Abbotsford office. This role is to continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer, manage and build customer contacts and be the local point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations, for pursuits in play.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Legal review, negotiation, drafting and settlement of contracts and other commercial arrangements
+ Negotiation of commercial terms with business partners and other parties involved in bids/sales to uphold strong positions for Honeywell
+ Work closely with Honeywell's Operations management and sales teams to implement risk assessment and contract management policies
+ Ensure compliance with Honeywell's business practices, contract management guidelines and code of conduct
+ Work with commercial and operations team where necessary, to resolve contractual disputes and differences
**Key Qualifications and Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's degree in law
+ Must have a current Australian Practicing certificate
+ Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience - essential
+ Experience in providing contractual and legal advice and support within a construction, engineering or technology industry gained within private practice or an in-house environment
+ Excellent understanding of commercial and contract law
+ Experience in disputes and litigation
+ Outstanding ability to negotiate with both internal and external customers and represent Honeywell's best interests without being adversarial
+ Experience in dealing with tenders/RFPs and other procurement type documentation
+ Ability to integrate contractual/legal obligations with commercial/business needs
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
