JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a dynamic Production Lead in a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Minto ice cream factory, leading one of our production cells. The role will provide direct autonomous leadership and supervision to frontline operators.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

As the Support Coordinator, your role specifically will:



  • Explore mainstream, community, advocate, informal and NDIS provider options with participants so they are engaged in the decision making of choices and options available.

  • Support participants to establish their MyID account, navigate the NDIS Portal, negotiate services to be provided and support participants to establish service agreements with providers of their choice.

  • Negotiate services and prices as part of any quotable supports as decided by the participant.

  • Arrange any relevant assessments to determine the nature and type of funding required (e.g. complex home modifications).

  • Liaise with Plan Managers on funding, support types, payments etc. where relevant.

  • Link participants to mainstream and/or community services (e.g. housing, education, transport, health) as required.

  • Strengthen and enhance participants capacity to coordinate supports, self-direct and manage supports and participate in the community, including providing participants with assistance to:

  • Resolve problems or issues that arise.

  • Understand their responsibilities under service agreements.

  • Change or end a service agreement.

Essential Qualifications:



  • Diploma or higher tertiary qualifications in disability/community services/social sciences/allied health and equivalent knowledge/experience.

Experience:



  • Knowledge of the NDIS Code of Conduct

  • Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Act 2013 and rules

  • Sound understanding of the complex needs of people with disability and their families/ nominees/authorised representatives.

  • Experience of effective and contemporary disability support models.

Uniting Counselling and Mediation The Anchor Program is expanding our support to children and young people (0–18), and their parents. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a new specialist Anchor counselling model, designed to recognise children as victims in their own right and provide them with longer-term, trauma-informed care.


As an Anchor counsellor, you will provide individual therapy, family therapy and group-based support to children and young people. You’ll also engage with parents to help strengthen the parent-child relationship and reduce the chronic stress and trauma symptoms children are experiencing post-separation.



About you in the role


  • Help children and young people, and their parents navigate the challenges of parental separation and divorce through a 6 to 10 session model.
  • Deliver long term trauma-informed therapy (up to 20 sessions) for children and young people impacted by DFV.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group programs for children, young people, and parents.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions, team meetings, and professional development.
  • Client-facing work per day, with time dedicated to supervision, documentation, and training.
  • Contribute to the rollout of modality-specific interventions, including trauma-focused CBT.
  • Provide high quality individual, child, youth and family therapy to repair and strengthen family relationships
  • Provide family therapy in conjunction with other Uniting Counselling and Mediation Staff (e.g. family dispute resolution practitioner) in a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Provide child consultation as part of child inclusive practice to families after separation and divorce, including involuntary and court-ordered clients.
  • Assist in the development, facilitation and promotion of clinical group work programs within the centre, and with external stakeholders such as community services and schools.
  • Under the direction of the Centre Manager/Supervisor, you’ll liaise and network with relevant agencies to facilitate effective and high-quality services to our clients including the development and implementation of specific case management models.



About You


  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, counselling or related field
  • Experience working therapeutically with children, young people (0–18), and/or parents.
  • Understanding of child protection issues and trauma-informed practice.
  • Eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body.
  • Experienced in working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities and individuals from a range of cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to remain neutral and exercise discretion and sensitivity in complex situations.

  • Experience delivering long-term counselling or group therapy.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in the context of DFV and high-conflict family dynamics.
  • Training in trauma-focused approaches (e.g., CBT, play therapy).
  • Experience in adult individual counselling, couple and family therapy.

The WHSS must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. Key job responsibilities
As WHS Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of H&S objectives at the fulfillment Center. This includes proactively collaborating on safety projects across the site and providing guidance on H&S matters. You will ensure compliance with Amazon's Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and global standards. This involves completing risk assessments, measuring site performance against requirements, and analyzing safety metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Frequent site audits and inspections will allow you to identify and rectify any non-compliance issues with equipment or processes. You will also audit record-keeping practices to align with global standards and regulations. Leading and mentoring the on-site safety coordinators, you will identify compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities. You will facilitate incident investigations and maintain required documentation, entering safety incidents in the database in a timely manner. Additionally, you will conduct safety observations and audits, provide targeted training, and participate in process improvement activities.

a. Review metrics as published in Daily Deep Dive (DDD) dashboard.
b. Identify metric callouts and allocate the owners who shall talk through during DDD meeting.
c. Moderate the WHS metrics/data discussion during DDD meeting.
d. Review investigation, root cause analysis and action plan submitted by the manager responsible, provide feedback as needed.
e. Conduct risk assessment, attend and facilitate safety committee, partner with ops managers to solve issues.
f. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce safety and ergonomic risk in our processes to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our associates.
g. Respond to emergency calls on site (unsafe loads, incidents etc.)
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of workplace health & safety (WHS) related field experience
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study OR Cert IV

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site,
- Become a subject matter expert on specific, larger-scale processes and activities within FCs,
- In your inventory control and systems environment, you'll handle timely data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis,

Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in leading large, diverse teams,
- Experience in employee and performance management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Proven experience in a similar, innovative logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment,
- Proven ability in establishing and carry out root cause analysis, and then extract and analyse the data you generate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field,
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques,
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills,
- Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons,
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous.

We currently have a vacancy for a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Coordinator to join the Amazon Australia Team. This position is within the Fulfillment Center (FC), reporting into the WHS Manager. It requires working with the WHS team to deliver high standards of safety within our FC. The suitable applicant will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the WHS function. The current shift pattern is Back Half - Wednesday to Saturday, night shift
Must be willing to rotate shifts based on business need.
Key job responsibilities
-Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities through the conduct of daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
-Facilitate incident investigation process
-Maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and local regulations
-Enter Safety incident information in internal database in a timely manner
-Perform safety observations & audits
-Coach others (Area Managers etc.) to complete their safety responsibilities (Audits, Follow Safety Rules, Inspections etc.)
-May have additional responsibility for fire prevention, hazardous waste management, or other safety related activities depending on the business unit and location

Key job responsibilities
- Drive world-class quality in the Data Center to achieve the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. The QA engineer will be obsessed with quality, engineering and design continuous improvements.
- Ability to make quick decisions with limited data based on experience and understanding of the subject matter
- The QA engineer will focus on fiber optic and optic components, cabling and interconnect products, technologies and standards at this point. The scope may expand to mechanical and electrical (M&E) and other mission critical components later.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish a comprehensive Global Design Standards document, Global Installation Best Practice Guidelines, and detailed Product Specifications for Inside Plant Cabling. Develop Quality Assurance manuals, manage amendments and revisions, formulate audit strategies, and define quality and operational metrics to effectively measure performance and success.
- Audit and inspect Data Center & Edge sites to ensure standards are being followed, generate punch lists, report and generate remediation plans, action and close all customer complaints and defects, provide recommendations based on product and vendor performance, continuously propose improvements to existing designs and processes
- Conduct training sessions with local Infra Delivery Teams and any other Infra Ops organizations to ensure deployments comply with design standards and best practices.
- Candidates must be responsive and communicate with technical teams to collect requirements and communicate with internal customers to describe features, technical designs and strategy.

- Support New Product Implementation activities that improve infrastructure quality, reduce cost and installation time

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in structured cabling, inside plant (ISP) infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Knowledge of fiber optic, copper (Cat 5e/6/6A) cabling installation standards or structured cabling systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment & troubleshooting methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568, 569, 606, 607, ISO/IEC 11801, and NEC Articles 300 & 392 (or related local electrical codes)
- Familiarity with NEMA VE1/VE2 and IEC 61537 for cable tray construction and installation.
- Experience conducting QA inspections in live data center environments with a focus on pathway fill ratios, cable diameter compliance, separation requirements, and firestop/fire rating compliance
- Hands-on knowledge of fiber splicing, fiber testing equipment (OTDR/OLTS), budget-loss, and copper certification testing
